Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Philadelphia

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was clean and well-stocked. It comfortably fit our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. The location is unbeatable - within walking distance to major attractions like the Liberty Bell, Love Park, Chinatown, Reading Terminal, The Franklin Institute, and more. Having Trader Joe's nearby was also very convenient. Public transportation, including the metro subway, is nearby, and parking was easy with the Love Park Garage just across the street. Virgilio Jose was very kind, responsive, and followed up to ensure our stay met expectations. The front desk staff were also friendly and welcoming. While the apartment is slightly tucked away, it felt private and peaceful. There are a few steps at the entrance, so keep that in mind if you have lots of luggage or require wheelchair access. We also enjoyed the basketball court and gym. Overall, an excellent stay, and we’d happily book again on our next visit to Philadelphia!

Stayed here for a weekend, everything was great and the host was attentive. there's a good taco place around the corner too. Clean too. Would stay again next year

This place is awesome! Overlooks Independence Hall and is right by the Liberty Bell. Amazing location with great views and plenty of space for our family of five. Highly recommend!

Warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism of Seckou san made our stay in Philadelphia so comfortable. We just checked-out, but already miss Philly and super host. Well, only half of this apartment's benefits are described in Airb＆b. You will be surprised how supurb this place is with a beautiful view. Of course, not everyone living in this building is an angel, but concierge and residents are friendly and nice as long as you behave with politeness and common scense. You may sometimes experience minor issues, but they are nothing compare to the beauty of this apartment and "outstanding host!!!"

We really enjoyed staying here. Parking was easy to find. The listing was spotless and had plenty of amenities. The security in the building is great. The surrounding area has wonderful restaurant, bar, and arts options while all being walkable. Our only complaint is that the bed is sunken where your torso goes on both sides so we slept upside down. Room is slightly tilted so this exacerbated the tilt. Aside from the mattress needing a topper or replacement to provide a better night's rest, it was a gorgeous and immaculate listing. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic time staying at Frank and Angel's beautiful penthouse! The location was close to almost everywhere you'd wanted to go. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked with drinks and snacks or what you'd need after a long night crawling around philly (advil and coffee). Again thank you guys for your hospitality and the friendliness shown to my wife and I. We will be back.

The description for this Airbnb is very accurate. Please keep in mind that the description is very clear that this is a historic building...there is a degree of "city charm" that comes with that! The location is FANTASTIC, you can purchase groceries at Target, Sprouts or Giant so you have options for shopping...Dunkin and Starbucks are within just a minute of the front door if you don't care to do a pour over (provided) The host is also fantastic, we had a work emergency which required an extended stay and the host responded within just minutes I also had a question about what was required during departure and heard back within just minutes of my inquiry Enjoy feeling at home while taking in all the city has to offer --- will book again on next trip to Philly!!

Worked out great for family of 3 and a friend to enjoy sports at Wells Fargo, the subway is the next block and was easy on and off. Parking garage was nice to have so we didn't have to keep moving the vehicle or have it out in the open. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great place to stay and location is great! The only down fall was the neighbors with small children (Upstairs). In the bathroom downstairs you can hear their conversations very clear as well as the shows they are watching on the television. When we first arrived, it smelled like someone just finished cooking but it was the neighbors and the smell was coming from the vents. The smell didn't last long. Overall, great location and cute place. Would stay there again.

My friends and I came in town for a festival and had the best stay while in Philly! Jason has a beautiful home and was such an awesome host! I would definitely recommend and/or stay here again myself!

We had a wonderful, but unfortunately brief stay at this amazing property. Check-in was smooth, the house matched the photos and description, and it was absolutely huge. The roof deck and private elevator were highlights. It’s a unique property and I highly recommend it. The pubs and restaurants of South St. are just steps away, and the views of the river from the home and roof deck are unbeatable.

Well located and spacious. As most properties in the area, there are various levels , which may be a challenge for mobility impaired people.

We are repeat guests at Rod's home and always enjoy our stay. The location is perfect, you can walk to many restaurants and shops in Bryn Mawr. Snap pizza and Bubba's Cheesesteak are favorites! The kitchen is well equipped to prepare your own meals, as well. The home is wonderfully clean and cozy with comfortable beds, quality linens, and plenty of seating areas. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
