Nice clean Villa. In a quiet location, but cheap taxis and peds mean you can still reach the main town. Includes a washing machine and very nice, clean salt-water pool. Perfect for those that want a quieter, more private experience compared to the main town. Would overall recommend.

Sehr gepflegte, ruhige Anlage. Tägliche Straßenreinigung und Müllentsorgung. Gemeinschaftspool und Fitnessbereich sind sehr sauber. Markt und Geschäfte sind nur wenige Gehminuten von der Anlage entfernt. Dadurch täglich frisches Obst! Alles, was wir für unseren 4-wöchigen Aufenthalt brauchten, war vorhanden. Ob Küchenutensilien/-maschinen, sehr leise Klimaanlagen, Mobiliar und die Betten, alles in einem guten Zustand und einer sehr guten Qualität. Das gepflegte Grundstück bietet schattige Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Nachbarschaft ist international und sehr angenehm. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die enge Bebauung. Eigentümerin Wongchan reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachrichten. Ihre Verwalterin (wohnt 2 Häuser weiter) kümmert sich vor Ort um sämtliche Angelegenheiten. Wir kommen seit 16 Jahren regelmäßig nach Thailand und haben schon viele Gegenden und Inseln kennengelernt. Wir haben uns immer und überall wohl gefühlt. Doch im Haus von Wongchan in Baanusabai waren wir zum ersten Mal zuhause!!

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern. Unten gibt es 3 Schlafzimmer und einen Wohn- und Essbereich. Oben nochmal ein Schlafzimmer und eine sehr große Dachterrasse. Auch der Pool mit eigener Wasserrutsche ist super. Unbedingt sollte man auch das Restaurant Rossarin Eatery besuchen. Es ist gerade nebenan und man kann dort sehr gut Essen. Ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

A lovely little villa. With a nice private pool in a quiet gated community. The small village that’s nearby has lots of great food and massage parlors.

I recently had my first-ever Airbnb stay, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I booked, Philippe was an incredible host. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a perfect stay. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and had everything I could possibly need. Philippe's attention to detail was remarkable. What truly made the experience special was Philippe's exceptional hospitality. He was always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and even helped me with renting Motorbike. While the location is a bit outside of Hua Hin, I found it easy to get around with a scooter. The peaceful surroundings were a welcome escape from the city's hustle and bustle. Maison très propre de 2 chambres et 2 salles d'eau avec petite piscine. Il y a eu un sur booking d'une nuit mais on nous a logé dans un hôtel à proximité et nos gros sacs ont été gardés. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d'être au calme et de pouvoir cuisiner (pas beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours). Ce qu'il manque ou à améliorer : une machine à laver, un ouvre bouteille, une casserole de plus et une poêle en meilleur état. L'hôte a été amicale et réactive. Merci!

Great, relaxing stay. The house was wonderful and as described, and the staff were also very helpful. The house was very comfortable and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing to note is that the area is not walkable. We walked to the beach from the house, and one member of our group got bitten by a dog. We had vans for our large group the whole time we were there, but we enjoy walking and would not recommend it from this area.

Pool villa was located in a quaint little compound with similar like houses. It’s very quiet and secluded. Getting into it is a drive & I wouldn’t recommend walking to get to the main road. The house itself though was as advertised. Very spacious for 4 adults and 1 dog. We were able to make use of the pool and the kitchenwares/BBQ available for cooking. Towels, tissue rolls, hair dryer, mics for karaoke, trash bags, and electric mosquito swatter were also provided. Pool and slide were fun to use and clean :) There was even a billiards table indoors, which was great! Location is about a 30 min drive to Hua Hin proper, but Cha-am beach is very close. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of tourists and resorts, this is a good choice. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and found it was worth the price for 3D 2N.

This was our first trip to Thailand and Dirk's place did not disappoint. The photos did not do this property any justice. It is far more exceptional than pictures or words can explain. I would like to send the biggest THANKS to Suzie and Lily. They were exceptional hosts. The dining was better than any 5 star establishment. We ate the best and varied Thai food. We are currently making arrangements to return. The experience was like taking a piece of paradise out of a book, but being a part of the story. Once again my family and I Thank you for allowing us to enjoy such pleasure.

If you are looking for peaceful getaway. This is the place to be. Beautiful property and swimming pool was cherry on top.

It’s a lovely home, very comfortable and a lot of space for big family! The host was responsive when I have questions about WiFi and google map. The house is close to the beach, only 20 meters. The beach is quite clean and quiet in the morning. My family and I love our morning walk on the beach. I highly recommend Tanapat’s place if you are looking for a comfortable home in a quiet location in Hua Hin. Thank you very much.

This villa in Hua Hin is a great place for lovely lazy day by the pool or for a swim in the ocean. We were 2 families with a total of 9 people and the space and the staff was great. We had great breakfast served by the staff every morning. We also had them making dinner and lunches 2-3 times, which also was perfect. The Boat House area has a great gym and 10 min walk to a small food store. 20 min by taxi/car to Hua Hin downtown. We had a great time and would recommend it or return again.

Fantastic location with fantastic hosts! Emmanuel and Chloe went out of their way to make sure our stay went smoothly. Very quick, no, instant repsonses, help in any way we needed and in many ways we did not even expect it. Good location to have a quite time in the sun, yet only a short drive from the busy Hin. Definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

房东夫妇很热情，提供的信息很齐全，我们全家住得很开心。出门就是FAMILY MART 和 7-11, 中间还有个露天菜场。旁边还有药店，MASSAGE 店。离市中心也就几公里，骑自行车出去很方便，好几次我们是走着出去的。附近还有一个恐龙市场，也差不多是菜市场，更大一点。房东夫妇经常送好吃的，孩子们很喜欢。就是蚊子蚂蚁比较多，打扫干净一点，相对好一点。可以卡拉OK, 手机连接YOUTUBE看全世界各种电视，非常棒。

Great stay for a month, good location if you have a car, nice AC, separate work room, 2 bathrooms, will come again.
