This place is astonishingly great. More than a perfect place, with a stylish and well decorated architecture, it makes the atmosphere warm and stunning. Cleanliness is awesome. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Recommended! For all kinds of traveler.

Amazing Stay Right by the Beach – Perfect for Songkran! I couldn’t have picked a better place for my trip! This Airbnb was super affordable, clean, and literally steps away from the beach. It’s also right in the heart of all the Songkran Festival action, so I didn’t miss a single moment of fun. Water fights, music, street food… everything was just outside the door! The location was perfect walking distance to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, but still quiet enough at night to get good rest. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in easy and smooth. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay close to everything and want to soak up the local vibes during Songkran, this is the spot. I’d 100% stay here again.

Art was a very friendly host. He’s very responsive and helpful, quick to answer when question was asked. The location is great, walking distance from the train station, beach, restaurants, and entertainment. We had a great stay and will definitely stay at his place again if there’s an opportunity.

We stayed for one night and we liked the place a lot. Our room was very big, everything really comfortable, the sea in 3 min. walking distance and the breakfast delicious and a big portion. Also the staff was very friendly! We recommend it!😊

The place is clean, safe, the water heater, the master bedroom is a bit intimidating, maybe a little glitch on if you want to turn on the hot water, the pool is quite compact but is considered functional. The place is very close to the beach and it's about a 3-5 minute walk from the house, but it will be a bit far from convenience stores, the stores, if you have a car or a motorbike, it's easy to get around in the morning, it's a great place to walk to the beach. The area is quite close to the beach and it's OK. The people are quite close to the water. The appliances are broken but they won't have any bowls or electric pots and pans. The staff is nice to get in touch.

House is exactly as pictured and described. The very friendly staff are always on hand to assist with any questions. The house is located fairly central on the strip, short drive to most attractions and shopping centres.
