We have stayed at this place a few times and every time we are there we enjoy it! We have even extended our stay longer because we enjoyed it so much. The villa is peaceful and a good environment to relax with friends or family. We have brought our dogs both time and they have plenty of room to run around the yard. Host is very responsive and flexible with check in and check out. We will definitely return!

The villa looked exactly like the photos — clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the stay. I felt well taken care of. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at Fred’s property. Fred is super responsive and helpful. House comes with a booklet of very helpful information regarding Hua Hin and restaurants/ things to do. The house was clean and well-maintained, with an impressive array of kitchen utensils, plates, cups, and dinnerware, perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking or dining in. The outdoor area was fantastic, featuring a lovely pool that made for happy kids to play. The neighborhood was peaceful, offering a quiet atmosphere while still being conveniently located just a 10–15-minute drive from town. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene getaway.

Es war perfekt für uns. Alles war so sauber, und gut organisiert. Der Swimmingpool is perfekt für eine kleine Familie. Der Swimmingpool wurde permanent sauber gemacht. Die Gegend ist nicht im Zentrum. Du brauchst ein Auto oder Moped... Jederzeit wieder... Vielen Dank

Host is incredible & was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. Was extremely helpful. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay.

Great pool house. Very large, saline pool that was deep and perfect temperature. Outside kitchen area, and a pool table. The inside is comfortable, nice couch and large tv, as well as another large kitchen inside. The kitchen is not stocked with cooking oil, salt etc., but we just bought our own stuff. He was nice enough to get us a pot with a lid to cook rice. Our favorite part of the house was the pool. Very nice neighbor across the street who helped us. (She is a friend of his wife). This location is a good 20-25 minute drive to the part of Hua Hin beach and restaurants that we liked, the drive felt long at night, I would highly recommend a car or a scooter. Also there is Grab taxi available which we ended up using. There is a lot of trash around this area which we didn’t like. It wasn’t as tidy as other areas. But this housing development is clean, and it is gated. It’s very safe and the neighborhood has very nice houses. There are two construction projects going on next to it.

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our family, including our small dog and baby. A great spot to relax during our roadtrip, and everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was absolutely beautiful. Vasana was so easy to work with and help us coordinate transportation when we needed it. Our family has a fabulous time and we would stay here again!

My dad and I loved staying at Morgan's place. Here are some advantages: - The kitchen is nice and spacious, and we cooked every day, making it feel like home since the very first breakfast; - The compound is very quiet and a bit far from the beach and touristy areas, but it wasn't an issue for us (I have a bike); - Makro supermarket is quite close; Unfortunately, we had to leave a day earlier because of my work, but I would love to come back sometime again. I certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for longer stays (10-30 days) in Huahin, such as a simple family vacation or a larger group of friends getaway from bkk ~

Great value for the money. I stayed with family of 4, including 2 kids, and we really enjoyed our stay. We worried about noise, as this house is located next to the biggest bar area (soi 80), but actually it was quiet in the house at night time. House was very clean and had everything needed for comfortable 1 week stay.

wat een geweldig huis, precies zoals omschreven en zelfs meer dan we verwachten, alles nieuw en vlgs Europese standaarden. Kai is een geweldige host, die zelfs preventief informeert of alles nog naar wens is.Ook Tukta was geweldig, al hadden we haar niet vaak nodig. Echt een huis om je er langere tijd ook echt thuis te voelen, heerlijk rustig met een zalig zwembad dat twee keer per week werd schoongemaakt. op loopafstand (20 min) Mr Nice, een heerlijk restaurant waar je ook scooters en auto's kunt huren. De villa ligt wat buiten de stad, maar voor zo'n 100-120 bht zit je midden in het centrum van Hua Hin of op het strand. Dank Kai wij hebben genoten en komen bij leven en welzijn zeker terug.

One of the best stays we have ever had at an Airbnb. The house is very large with high ceilings, amazing air conditioning in every room and two in the main living area. The pool is incredible with a super fun slide that the kids loved. There is parking with a sliding gate and large tvs in each room with Netflix etc There is no oven but a mini hob and a microwave and you can always use the grab app for food. A Seven Eleven is close by. Lastly the neighbouring people are lovely and helped us out when the battery on our car died. Belt the owner was so helpful and kind with regular cleaning of the house, she even helped with deliveries to the property. The house is about 30 mins from Hua Hin and Cha am is closer but not as vibrant. We loved staying here and again Belt the owner is great!

Tony is the most generous host I’ve ever had across all the countries I’ve stayed in. Not only did he help us with directions, prepare BBQ, and arrange rafting trip, but I’m also incredibly grateful that he even handled our transportation issues while he was on a flight! The house is exceptionally beautiful and clearly well-managed with great care, the garden is absolutely stunning! This is the closest place to Bangkok where you can truly relax quickly. I highly recommend it… but at the same time, I almost don’t want to recommend it too much because I can’t wait to book it again for my next stay!

We had a fantastic 3 month stay in the house.The house was perfect for us.The house is in a very well kept complex and is very well kept and very lovingly furnished.We immediately felt at Home.Everything was there.. we didn‘t miss anything.Everything at a very high Level.We were also very impressed by the large garden with Pool and Whirlpool.Very well maintained and beautifully landscaped with lots of Palm trees and blooming flowers.A and J have placed great value on high quality outdoor furniture.They are varios seating options,all of which were excellent.The staff too who was responsible for House and pool twice a week,read our every wish from our eyes.Amy and Jens were always available for us throughout the Holiday and made sure that we could spend a wonderful carefree holiday in their House.Dear Amy and Jens , thank you so much again for this wonderfull holiday in your house ! Staying at Onuma’s bungalow was a wonderful experience! She and her sister welcomed me with such warmth and kindness, making me feel right at home the minute I arrived at the residence. The bungalow was spotless, cozy, and just a short bike ride from the peaceful beach. Every morning, I enjoyed a delicious homemade breakfast, and having a motorbike rental made exploring the area so easy. Their hospitality went above and beyond, making my trip truly special. I’m so grateful for their kindness and can’t recommend this place enough for future visitors. Thank you, Onuma and your sister—I hope to return someday! It was truly an unforgettable experience.
