Rustic Cabin Retreat

Quiet, secluded area has occasional wildlife (turkey, deer). The Turkey Creek runs behind the cabin, and there is a very small pond in the front of the cabin that can be fished. There's a kid's "fort" to the west of the main cabin for the kids to enjoy! The fort has a space heater, a loft with a futon, and a TV (no TV service) that can be used for DVD's. The cabin has no TV service or internet service.....thus the beauty of this retreat!! TV in the cabin is for DVD's only.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. 2 blocks from Good Samaritan Hospital and 1 block from Dryden Park. House includes detached 2 car garage and fenced backyard. Washer and dryer located in basement along with another living space. House includes 3 full sized beds and 2 queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. We allow dogs with a 25 dollar fee for the first pet and a 25 dollar fee for each additional pet.

My second time staying with Brian and Mia and they're are spectacular hosts. The property is wonderful with gorgeous views, and the cabin was just what we needed. Fishing at the lake was great, and Mia gave us some great advice on where to look for them too. Can't give this property, and these hosts, enough stars.

Such a quaint place - tastefully decorated. We were in Kearney for a college friends weekend from 1978. Kim asked us what our interests were - when we said flowers - she set us up with a local flower grower and toured her back yard. Our host even had a bouquet of these flowers in the AIRBNB! So enjoyed Kitt’s Coffee and the Thai and Indian restaurants!
