It is a 4 star apartment, certification of the German Tourism Association, in a detached house (built in 2008) with a separate entrance and a size of 70 sqm. The apartment has * A spacious hallway with cloakroom * Bathroom with shower / bath and window (drying rack, mirror, two terry robes and hair dryer included) * Open plan kitchen with sitting area, two hobs, microwave with oven and grill, fridge-freezer, water and egg cooker, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, freezer with 4 drawers and a hatch to the living room * Living and dining room (with chair), flat screen TV, secretary; * Output from the living room to private terrace with seating for four people (a barbecue is often provided on request in summer) * Bedroom with double bed (1,80 m x 2m), and in addition a double bed (1,60 m x 2m), bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, two wardrobes (travel cot available at no extra charge) The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating and fitted with electric roller shutter motors and smoke detectors in every room. The family house is located in a new residential area in a quiet, traffic-free location. The center of Merten is however easily accessible on foot in about 5 minutes. Until the next station is about 10 minutes (KVB network). The playground 100m away will delight your children, if you want to engage in a peaceful atmosphere to a good book once. Modern 2 Zi. App. in Bonn

In the immediate vicinity of the Rhine (5 min) and directly in the center of Bonn, my modern apartment is located in the heart of the Beuel district, in a quiet side street. You can easily park in the underground garage. Use the balcony, the modern kitchen or the Sky programs on TV (Bundesliga :-) With the passenger ferry or on foot (15 min) or the tram (2 min) you can quickly reach the Bonn city center. The S-Bahn to the airport or to Cologne can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

The historic Augustusburg Castle, the train station and the city center with numerous shops, bars and restaurants are within a 3-minute walk.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is only minutes to the lake where you can practice water skiing and other sports activities. Or choose one of the forest routes and enjoy nature. If it is too quiet, it is only a few minutes by car to the regional train. From there you can get to Cologne easily and quickly. What should not be forgotten is of course the beautiful Phantasialand.

At the gates of Cologne

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Quietly located but still central, a small forest close by, a swimming lake with water skiing about 10 minutes from here, Phantasialand can be reached in 15 minutes Cologne in about 15 minutes, depending on where you want to go a little longer (by car). Everything is accessible by bus and train. Of course, there's plenty more to explore.
