The studio is attached to our farmhouse, the entrance is independent of the house. Ideally located because it's close to the airport, Wembi, the Gd stadium, Lille. We speak English. We have a train station in Phalempin, which is 10 minutes from the house, we are also 5 minutes from the state forest. You will enjoy this charming 70 m2 country house, in a very peaceful setting. It consists of a living room, a dining room, 2 shower rooms and 2 bedrooms, a terrace and a private parking lot closed by an electric gate.
