Due to the convenient connection to the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, the nearby federal highways A6 and A61, the local recreation area Silbersee, the railway connection on the Main railway line and the well-developed road network, the municipality of Bobenheim-Roxheim, with around 10,000 inhabitants, has become a very popular residential and holiday resort.

Das knapp 100m² große Haus mit gehobener Ausstattung und Blick in den Garten, befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße, die etwa zwei Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und der Stadtmitte entfernt ist. Der Flughafen ist etwa vier Kilometer entfernt und mit Auto oder Bahn in ca. fünf Minunten zu erreichen. Die Frankfurter City sowie die Messe erreicht man in ca. 20-25 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Bahn. Für das tägliche Leben findet man einen gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt mit Bäckerei und Café in der Stadtmitte.

Pure Entspannung bietet die neue Holzterrasse mit großer Sitzgruppe und einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Das Ferienhaus bietet mit ca. 120 m² großzügig Platz für 6 - 8 Personen.

In the sleepy village of Böllstein lies "the Ima", a cottage built in the 18th century as a farmhouse. After many renovations and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms ( 2 with doors and one with curtain), fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many many many books. This bright, cozy accommodation is located in Schlierbach, which belongs to Lindenfels, perfect location to reach the surrounding excursion destinations. A parking space with 11 kW charging station is available for your arrival by car. Shopping is 3 minutes by car I will be at your disposal for more information. About 500 m walking from the apartment there is a Kneipp complex where you can relax after long walks.

Alternative wooden house

My place is an hour south of Frankfurt, surrounded by nature. Well suited for groups and families looking for nature. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.

Cozy little old house in the center of Pfungstadt well suited for 3 people. Completely renovated and insulated. It offers 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, TV room and two bathrooms. The bus stop is 20 meters away. Parking is 20 meters away or in the yard. Parking of bicycles and motorcycles in the courtyard is of course possible by arrangement with the hairy security service. And of course fast Wi-Fi.
