I had a delightful stay at Luis’s place in Austin. What I liked the most was how minimalist the apartment felt, while at the same time very cozy and stocked with most of what I needed — an in-unit washer and dryer, for example, and a steam iron! I liked how clear Luis’s self-checking in instructions, which included pictures, were. Moreover the apartment was in a serene location conveniently located close to most places we wanted to check out. Luis and Rick were very responsive, kind, and generous when we had queries or when we made requests for items to make our stay more comfortable. I highly recommend staying at Luis’s place while you’re in Austin!

10/10 would stay here again and hope I get the chance! The space is so comfortable, clean and cute! It has everything you need at the house, comfortable couch, comfy bed and very usable kitchen. Walk to the grocery store, deep eddy, eat out or just walk around the beautiful neighborhood! All the neighbors were very friendly, very peaceful/private back patio ! Great area for an evening stroll. Easy access to downtown or out to the lake! The host was very responsive to anything I needed. Great interactions every time. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in.

Angello’s place was wonderful! Felt just like home! Very responsive and friendly! Very clean and always smelled fresh when coming into the apartment. I definitely recommend if I could give 10 stars I would! I totally forgot to take my garbage out! As I was rushing but it was very clear instructions on how to get to the unit and how to get to the pool. It was a lot to do and I would definitely love to stay again! I felt right at home especially since Austin is my go to for my solo trips it’s always great coming back home to Texas.

Beautiful place, apartment is located in the first floor, so easy access, it was literally 10 minutes from downtown, plenty of restaurants around the complex, and has a QT right in front of the place :), Memelli allowed us to check in at 10! so that was a HUGE plus for my family, we were able to enjoy the place more time. The place still smell like new, GORGEOUS POOL and GYM! and everything was like less than 15 minutes from the place. I'll be coming back again for sure!! Thank you so much Memelli for all the great communication.

Marissa was a fantastic host! The apartment was well stocked with the basics and even a few thoughtful touches. It is on the 3rd floor so be aware of the climb, especially if visiting while it’s hot outside. The pool and workout room were a nice perk. There is a very slight scent of old cigarette smoke that is in all apartment complexes if you’ve ever lived in one. These are just the most not-picky things as the stay was great and we’d absolutely stay again. Very accessible and pro tip: exit through the back gate to use the stop light rather than trying to cross the speeding traffic outside the main gate.

Great stay was raining hard when we got there but the maintenance man helped us get our luggage to our rooms. Very comfortable and secure place great balcony view and overall very nice! Would recommend to anybody

The space was exactly as described. Sonia and Justice were very responsive to all of our needs. What stood out most was that when we reached out regarding the HVAC not working on a Monday night at 8pm, this dynamic duo had solutions to us within the hour. We loved the city and loved where we stayed- we will definitely be back! Thanks for having us!

A beautiful and cozy place to stay. The apartment is in perfect condition and looked even better in real life than in the pictures. Great location, with all spots within SoCo just a 5-8 minute drive away, and it never took more than 15 minutes to get anywhere in Austin. Cleanliness was five-star. Bryan was a great host who responded quickly to my messages and I also really appreciated the detailed instructions on how to get into the building. The apartment was clean had almost everything we needed too. My favorite part though was the location as there are a lot of nice restaurants and shops that are only minutes away. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here.

I loved staying here!! I’ll definitely be back. They were super helpful. The view of the pool was great and a great HEB in walking distance!! Alex also helped when my son forgot his phone is the apartment after check out time. Definite must stay!!!

We enjoyed our stay! Steve was very responsive with all our questions. We also appreciated all the amentities he had to offer at his property. The area was surrounded by many restaurants, shops, and easy to walk to the locations. Overall, a very great experience. We recommend his place!

Awesome place to stay! Lots of games, all the things to cook with, and the best of all was the amazingly comfortable bed and plush pillows!

We had an amazing time staying at Kanieshiear’s place in the casita! From the moment we stepped inside, we felt right at home. The casita was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything my husband and I needed to feel comfortable. Kanieshiear was super helpful, sharing great local tips, and both she and her husband were quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks to the peaceful surroundings, we enjoyed restful nights of sleep! The other guests and locals we met were very friendly, and we had a blast during Karaoke Night at the restaurant downstairs. One of the best moments was waking up to the stunning view of Lake Travis from our balcony. We can't wait to return and make this our favorite spot for a relaxing getaway!

We loved our time here! The pool was so nice and so was the apartment. The view was gorgeous. It was also very walkable. 10/10 recommend!

We had a great stay! The accommodation was super clean and comfortable. We were able to use the pool, gym and other community areas. It was just a quick 10 min drive to downtown. Drew was quick to respond whenever needed. Would definitely stay here again in the future!
