The apartment is about 45m² and furnished with a new luxury bed, dining table/des, 4 chairs, a small kitchen, walk-in closet and bathroom. The accommodation is right in the city center, close to the train station (about 150m). The bus stop is right in front of the house and takes you to the University and hospital within 15 minutes. Parking Garages are also situated around the house.

Einliegerwohnung - LEGOLand Nähe

Die Einliegerwohnung ist 42m² große und befindet sich im Kellergeschoss. Die Wohnung hat einen Separat Eingang. Ein Fernseher mit Receiver ist vorhanden. Ein Kingsize Bett 2m x 2m und ein großes Schlafsofa für noch 2 Personen ist vorhanden. Der Bahnhof und die Einkaufsmeile sind gut in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum LEGOland sind es nur 25-30 Minuten.

Neue Ferienwohnung nahe Legoland und Ulm

Seit Mai 2018 wartet auf unsere Gäste eine neue Dachgeschosswohnung auf 2 Etagen, etwa 65m2, mit Küche/Bad/Schlafzimmer/Wohnzimmer und großer Dachterrasse. Auch das Trampolin im Garten darf mit genutzt werden. Die Whg verfügt über einen separaten Eingang. Im Haus befindet sich auch noch eine zweite Ferienwohnung.
