Perfect little stay! The apartment is very clean, welcoming and well-equipped. It is close to a metro station to easily get to the old port for example and the Vélodrome stadium is within walking distance, which made our little ones happy with this great victory for OM. We had an amazing stay at Véronique's. Everything was perfect! The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped for a great weekend with friends. It is ideally located, a short walk to a beautiful beach. The hosting was exceptional: the house is warm, the garden magical, and everything is thought out with care to spend a peaceful and pleasant time. Véronique took the time to explain everything to us, she was very clear and always available. A huge thank you! We'll be happy to go back.

Excellent home and excellent host

Catherine was the perfect host, lovely to chat to and super helpful, her apartment was enchanting, very French and equipped with everything you could possibly need, the outside area was particularly pretty with lots of seating under the canopy of an old olive tree. The area was pretty quiet and within walking distance of Seyne sur Mere town with it's harbour, bustling markets and coffee shops. The beautiful beaches of Sablettes, Verne and Fabregas all within walking distance or a short bus ride. The whole area was very clean with good public transport. Will definitely return.

Great stay in a beautiful and very well-equipped house. Perfect for a family trip, even with a baby: baby bed, bath towels, everything was provided. The exterior is superb, with a hot tub. No complaints, everything was perfect. Thank you so much for the touches (Christmas decorations, tree)

Beautiful house, comfortable and really very spacious, in a quiet and secure area. There were 9 of us and we were very comfortable. For a large group, we really appreciated that there were 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets. The description of the house matches reality. We were hosted very well and it was a pleasure to connect with Annoa. It was perfect! We will come back without hesitation.

Great stay at Sébastien's. The apartment is very comfortable, and the view is stunning, even more beautiful than in the photos. The location is ideal if you want to be quiet and next to the center and beaches. The residence's swimming pool was very nice, and it's never crowded, I was even able to swim there alone at lunchtime. I recommend it and will return on a future stay.

This is one of the most attractive and well-appointed rentals I have ever stayed in. The owners were pleasant, responsive, informative and welcoming; German provided a thorough walk-through when I arrived, and he made sure I had all the information I needed to have a comfortable stay. The apartment was absolutely immaculate, and all the furnishings are exceptionally well maintained. The location is central, walkable to all the main attractions and shopping, but also extremely quiet — no traffic noise at all. The kitchen and bathroom were both well supplied. And lastly, the decor in every area is beautiful and tasteful. I really enjoyed the views of the sea and the gorgeous sunsets every night. Five stars all around!

The apartment is very well equipped, nothing missing, the king size bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable and the view is breathtaking. The terrace is a big plus, it's so nice to have this extra private space.
