The apartment is really great, light, clean, stylish, and this balcony overlooking the Tsum is very nice. The owner of the apartment Vita is very friendly. Special thanks for the whole booklet with information about the house itself, about the apartment, where to find and how to use, also about places to visit nearby. The apartment has all the little things you may need, from a toothbrush to a hair rubber, we take it, because you will forget to bring something with you. The experience was only positive. In my subjective opinion, only the mattress on the bed is lockable, but this is because I like more firmly) I recommend this accommodation both for tourists and for those who live in Kiev, like from me. This is a cool feeling, as if I came on vacation and living with this apartment contributes to this holiday.

This is a great apartment, very comfortable for a long-term stay, and in a great location. There is a supermarket in the underground in front ~1-minute walk, Puzatahata a few meters away, and a good view from the window towards Arena City. Everything was clean, the Wifi working great, and there is a modern elevator in the building. I recommend.

Nice apartment in a relatively new building, close to the center, supermarket nearby. Check-in/check-out at your convenience, the only disadvantage is not the best noise insulation in the house, but in general, the neighbors did not deliver much inconvenience.

The location could not be any better, lots of historical buildings and cafes around, very convenient to get everywhere by foot. I had the pleasure of staying at Viktor’s property before the hostilities began and have always held it in the highest regard. Since my last visit, he has maintained the place impeccably. The location is ideal, and the interior is beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The sauna and Jacuzzi are truly exceptional features that add a luxurious touch. Another wonderful stay in Kyiv at Oleksandra's. The flat is light, airy and beautifully decorated and has everything you could require - including a wonderful view of St Michael's Cathedral. It is also safe and quiet. It is centrally located being a few minutes walk from the Maidan, Andriyivsky Descent and St. Sophia's Cathedral.

The apartment is beautiful, exactly as pictured. Very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed to have a good stay. The host was always responsive if we ever had any questions, very kind. Check-in and checkout are very easy, which is a huge plus. And the location is just perfect, right in the city center with everything you need within walking distance. Thanks so much to Igor for hosting us! I recommend it without hesitating!
