great apartment right at the heart of Athens, butefull area of Kolonaki. 5 min walk from Evangelismos metro station. apartment is butefull, hut tub is grate. hosts are available and answer very fast. apartment has 2 balconies and the rooftop. amayzing. the place is amazing, kolonaki is amazing Athens is amazing, greece is amazing. very recommended.

This is one of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in. 3 good sizes bedrooms (very comfy beds!), comfy sofa, everything you need in the kitchen. Host met us as we arrived and showed us around the apartment, as well as giving lots of advice on the local area. The apartment is just a 5-10min walk from the Acropolis, and just 5 mins walk from lots or cafes, restaurants, the closest metro, hop on off buses etc. It's in a very convenient location. I'd absolutely recommend this to anyone visitng Athens.

If I could give Andreas more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we booked, his communication was outstanding. He proactively reached out and helped us navigate a taxi strike on our arrival day, ensuring a smooth start to our trip. He personally welcomed us and shared thoughtful recommendations — every restaurant, whether off the beaten path or near the main sites, was exactly what we were looking for. Andreas went above and beyond by helping us make all our dinner reservations and making sure we felt completely taken care of by periodically checking in throughout our stay His apartment is immaculately clean, with a peaceful outdoor space where we enjoyed morning espresso and birdsongs — the perfect start to our days. The location was ideal: close to everything we wanted to see, but tucked away enough that it felt calm and relaxed. We had a fantastic time at Ilias's apartment in Athens. The space was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Can't beat the location right off Ermou street where lots of shopping is, easy walking to many of the city's attractions, several cafe and restaurants just outside and around the corner. Will definitely keep it in mind the next time we are back.

Absolutely stunning. The view from the apartment is second to none, and looks even better in real life compared to the photos. Within walking distance of many great attractions and restaurants. Quick to reply. All in all superb experience.

This apartment was a great space for our family of 5. It was about a 25 minute walk to the Plaka neighborhood. There were a couple cafes and grocery stores nearby the apartment within a couple of blocks as well as a pharmacy nearby as well. Would stay here again.

The location was perfect- right in the heart of Athens with stunning view of Parthenon. Restaurants, shops and historical sites are few minutes walk .Our flight arrived early. Host was able to accommodate us to check in early. Apartment itself is perfect. Functional kitchen, comfy couch and AC. Exactly what we needed after long day of exploring. Truly the best view in Athens. I had such an incredible week at Xeni’s flat, it’s in a great neighbourhood, and it has such charm. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and I wish I never had to leave! I fell in love with Athens. I never got to meet Xeni due to timing of my delayed flight but she was extremely understanding and had her friend meet me late at night. Much appreciated!

Highly recommend Peter’s spot! Super affordable, central location. It’s a bit busy but nice to be near all of the neighborhoods you might want to hang in. Peter went above and beyond to make our stay easy. He was always responsive and super kind. One bummer was that we woke up to loud construction right above us on our first morning. We talked to Peter about it, though, and it wasn’t a problem after that. Overall, great stay :)

Apartment was very spacious with 3 full bathrooms. We were very comfortable, he left us with some kitchen basics and snacks. It was also very close to the major neighborhoods with so many restaurants and bars. 20 minute walk to Acropolis. Beware the steps to the apartment.

Very nice home. Thelma was always responsive and we had a wonderful time in Athens and her place was convenient for shops and food and we had taxis for our others locations. Close to the markets as well!

I’m not good at writing reviews but, I’ll say this-I felt safe after a day or two! It took awhile getting used to Greek formalities but overall-I would stay there again!

Our stay at this property was perfect! The location is amazing, only a short walk to all major attractions and restaurants. There is a lift so you don’t have to carry your bags up to the top floor- very convenient when you are an over packer like myself. The view is spectacular and the balcony is large, with plenty of space to enjoy the view. The beds are comfortable and everything in the apartment is clean and tidy. The hosts were very easy to talk to, they answered every question promptly. As two women traveling together we felt very safe in this location. I would stay here again when I return to Athens.

Juste exceptionnel Panayiotis a été un hôte comme rarement rencontré durant tous nos voyages. Il est d’une gentillesse extraordinaire. Le logement est parfaitement propre rien à dire. La piscine très bien pour nous rafraîchir les fins d’après midi après nos visites d’Athènes. Panayiotis nous a fait livrer une délicieuse glace le jour de notre départ et il s’est occupé de nous ramener à l’aéroport pour notre départ alors qu’il s’était déjà occupé de notre arrivée. Il m’a conseillé d’utiliser ChatGPT du coup c’est ce que je vais faire désormais. Nous reviendrons à Athènes et c’est sur nous logerons chez Panayiotis dans aucune hésitation. Promis Panayiotis je vais apprendre le grec avec ChatGPT 😏😊 encore mille fois merci d’avoir fait de notre séjour un excellent voyage grâce à l’ensemble de vos conseils. À très bientôt.

Staying at Manos' place really made our trip to Athens. The flat itself was beautiful, Manos was very friendly and helpful and the balcony was a great place to relax. Our favourite thing was the area, though. Just a few seconds from great bars, restaurants and a beautiful and buzzy square for coffee and cocktails from morning till late into the night. Even after exploring the centre of Athens or going for a day trip to the beach, we always came back to the area to eat dinner as there were so many great places to try. We especially loved Manu and the Blue Parrot. If you like a more chill area with loads of exciting nightlife - stay here!

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet mit einer tollen Küche in der alles vorhanden war was man zum Kochen braucht und um sich morgens einen Kaffee zu machen. Die Dachterrasse ist zwar nur über einen Fahrstuhl zu erreichen, jedoch ist sie sehr privat und man hat eine extrem tolle Aussicht über Athen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen! Als einzigen Hinweis: die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig in einem sehr sicheren Viertel von Athen, jedoch geht man zu Fuß wirklich sehr viele Treppen um zur Wohnung zu gelangen.

Great place to stay with all of the major "best things in Athens" things on a reasonable walking distance. Neighborhood looks a bit odd upon arrival, but really needs a bit of exploration. Then you will find place for a good coffee, supermarket and some superb small plates restaurants just around the corner. The villa itself is great with the indoor swimming pool as an interesting asset. Its very spacious and neat, with nice outdoor places. Only minus is that there is only one shower on ground floor that really needs a bit of an upgrade. But with a dip in the pool as an alternative, not the worst thing that can happen. Overall a recommendable place to stay for an Athens city trip

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

We had a great stay in this appartment. It was large and well-designed. The neighbourhood is one of the nicest in Athens, with low crime and cute restaurants / bars. We were able to find convenient free and safe street parking nearby. The hosts were charming, helpful and also discreet. A perfect stay, we hope to come back!

Let me start with our arrival. We were late and it was dark. Our hostess, Mrs. Dimitra, was there to guide us through the check in. She was nothing short of an angel. The pictures of the place in no way does it justice. There is no camera wide enough to put the beauty that surrounded us every day, while we swam in the pool, into a single frame. Our daughter got married in the close by village of Areopoli. The people were very warm and friendly. We were treated like family. We had contact with many people throughout the week and on the day of the wedding and the walk through the village to the church they came out and lined the streets. Even passed out a drink or two. We felt like family. It was truly an adventure and Teo and Mrs. Dimitra absolutely made us feel right at home. I can't recommend this beautiful home with an amazing view enough. Thank you!
