A bright, neoclassical and luxurious 55m2 house new construction and short walks away from the heart of Athens historic and business centre, suitable both for unforgettable vacations and professional travels! There is also a small green patio where you can have your breakfast, enjoy in serenity your coffee, a glass of wine and for smoking fans, your cigarette! The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi access (50Mbps), individual air conditioning system, HDTV, Netflix, 24h hot water. This is a bright, neoclassical and luxurious 55m2 house, new construction and short walks away from the heart of the historic centre. The cosy living room is separated from the bedroom by a handmade wooden stair that assures a romantic stay in the attic of the house! There is also a small patio where you can have your breakfast, enjoy your coffee, a glass of wine and for smoking fans, your cigarette! The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with mini markets, grocery stores and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes on foot from Acropolis temple, museum and Plaka. Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. You can also walk to Psirri, Petralona and Gazi where you can enjoy a variety of cafes and restaurants. Many art studios and galleries within easy walk as well as Ermou, the most popular shopping street. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free wi-fi access, floor heating, individual air conditioning system, flat screen TV with many satellite channels, 24h hot water. It has one bedroom and a bright new sofa (expandable to a comfortable double bed). It is ideal for couples, friends as well as families with children. Don't hesitate for a late or a very late check-in! If desired I can arrange a comfortable transportation from and to the airport 24h / 7days a week at a very low cost. The house is situated in a tranquil and safe neighborhood with mini markets, grocery stores, banks and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes’ walk to Acropolis temple, museum and famous Plaka! The direct metro blue line from Athens International Airport (Kerameikos stop), as well as the green metro line (Thiseio stop) are within walking distance. Don't hesitate for a late or a very late check-in! If desired a comfortable transportation from and to the airport/port at a low cost can be arranged 24/7! Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. Easy to park your car exactly outside the house. The house is located at a very safe and quiet neighborhood. You will be able to relax,rest and enjoy your holidays!

Walk to the must-see sites like the Acropolis, Plaka, Filopappou Hill, Monastiraki, and Thisio. Train station "Petralona" is in a 4min walking distance and offers direct connection to metro and simultaneously to all important spots of town. Port of Piraeus can be reached in 15min by train and the Athens Airport in 45 min by metro.

Avva-Anna's flat was so beatiful, amazing with large balcony. Her apartment is very spacious and has everything what you need. Anna responded super fast with all our questions. She let us to check in earlier, check out later, which was very nice. She was very helful. The apartment is close to plenty of lovely local restaurants, supermarkets and many bakeries and coffee shops. The metro station is about 3 minutes by foot. We were asked a few days before arrival to pay 8 euro environment tax per day. The other AirB&Bs in Athens that we stayed at didn't request it. So I would suggest this needs to be mentioned to guests when they book, or in your description. Or increase your daily rate by 8 Euro.

Very nice apartment, has everything what can be useful, when you stay for some days in Athens. There is a metro station to get to the city center, but it’s also possible to get there on food. There are also a lot of nice restaurants, bars and cafes near it. The only problem is the neighborhood of outdoor cinema which is opened until 2 am, so we could listen along all the movies, although the windows were closed. The owner couldn’t react, because it’s official entertainment.

A modern kitchen space features a breakfast bar with four wire stools. Bright red pendant lights illuminate the area, and a selection of kitchen appliances is visible. A decorative shelf displays minimalist items, while a potted plant adds a touch of greenery to the setting.

What is most important and important is that the house is in a quiet area, where you can perfectly relax after a busy day. As for the interior of the house, it is very tastefully done, there are brand new electrical appliances and perfect cleanliness. The owner of the house was very communicative and hospitable, I found coffee, fruit and more at home. The best choice for a relaxing stay in Athens. I would happily live in this house permanently.
