This place is located in a good location that allows you to take the local bus to the main city center places. The stop is only a 5-10 walk. The host was very gracious to let us leave our suitcases earlier than the check-in. She also gave good advise on a couple questions we had.

Πραγματικα νιωσαμε σαν στο σπιτι μας! Ο χωρος ηταν πεντακαθαρος και η ιδιοκτητρια ειχε φροντισει για την παραμικρη λεπτομερεια! Καφες, νερο, ειδη πρωινου, προιντα περιποιησης και καθαριστικα ωστε να μην χρειαστει απολυτως τιποτα ο φιλοξενουμενος! Σε μια πανεμορφη γειτονια που ακομη και με τα ποδια φτανεις ευκολα στο κεντρο, αν κ η σταση του ηλεκτρικου ειναι διπλα! Επισης βρισκεται στα ορια του δακτυλιου οποτε μπορεις να χρησιμοποιεις το αμαξι καθε μερα! Οτι χρειαστηκαμε η ιδιοκτητρια το ελυσε αμεσα και ηταν εξυπηρετικοτατη! Στον 6ο οροφο μιας πανεμορφης πολυκατοικιας με ευγενεστατους κατοικους! Σιγουρα θα το προτιμησω ξανα εφοσον δεν αλλαξει η τιμη χρεωσης!

I had an amazing stay here! The location is fantastic, super walkable to bars, restaurants, shops, and all the major sites, including the Acropolis. The street itself has a unique charm: it feels like a quiet side street but still has that vibrant, urban energy thanks to the nearby train, which I actually loved. The apartment is well insulated, and the train doesn’t run at night, so I had no issues with noise. One of my favorite parts was the balcony. I spent every morning there with a cup of tea and a croissant, just soaking in the atmosphere. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, always ready to help with anything I needed. Overall, this was a beautiful, comfortable, and memorable place to stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Athens!

Von A bis Z waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, hell, sehr schön eingerichtet & man hat eine wunderbare Sicht auf die Akropolis. Ringsrum gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants & Cafés :) Die Kommunikation mit Konstantinos war sehr angenehm & wir haben stets zeitnah eine Antwort erhalten. Wieder in Athen würde ich die gleiche Unterkunft buchen.

Η διαμονή ήταν υπέροχη. Τα Πετράλώνα είναι μια ήσυχη περιοχή με πολλά μικρά, εναλλακτικά μαγαζιά κάθε είδους. Αποφεύγεις τα έντονα τουριστικά μαγαζιά και μπορείς να απολαύσεις το αθηναϊκό vibe. Το μόνο που θα συνιστούσα στον ιδιοκτήτη είναι, κυρίως για τους χειμερινούς μήνες να υπάρχει εξτρα κουβέρτα στο χώρο και να προστεθεί κάποιο χαλι. Το σπιτι είναι νεοκλασικό με ψηλό ταβάνι όποτε είναι λογικό να μην είναι τόσο ζεστό. Γενικά να γίνει μια προσθήκη σε αξεσουάρ σπιτιού και θα είναι σούπερ. Θα το ξανά επιλέξω!!

Such a beautiful Airbnb. Best part is the hot tub actually gets hot, not just lukewarm (which i’ve noticed a lot of other hot tubs in Greece are only lukewarm) so that was a plus. Very modern setup and the view was great. Unfortunately I was very sick during my stay, but Jeff and Katerina were so nice and responsive and even helped us get a taxi to the ER, and checked in on us throughout the day. Truly such great hospitality and we are so appreciative for all of the help that they provided for us. Any question we had they responded to us right away with such helpful advice. Thank you so much for everything ♥️♥️
