Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Petrača

Thank you so much Veselko and Blaz - what an amazing place with such brilliant hosts! Blaz - thank you for your fab communication and local recommendations and for letting us check in early after a long night travelling. Veselko - Such a kind and generous man, he brought us fresh fruit, wine and even cakes! The place is absolutely stunning with the most amazing view, beds were comfy, the pool was a highlight (and was cleaned most days!). We definitely recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Mlini / Dubrovnik - one thing worth noting is the property is on a very steep hill which is fine to walk down but definitely not up especially in the heat so just make sure you have the Uber app (Ubers are super regular and cheap so did not bother us at all!)

We stayed here for 10 days. We had no trouble finding the apartment or getting inside. Lovorka was available to help with any questions. The semi-private beach is just steps away. We enjoyed the property, jumped in the water, BBQed dinner, and loved the view from the balcony. A great place to relax while still close to Dubrovnik and local markets.

We had a wonderful stay! The property had everything we needed — a swimming pool, gym, and a great area to work out on the floor. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom was spotless with fresh towels provided. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. When we asked for a baby cot, it was provided immediately without any hassle. The garden was beautifully maintained, and the entire family made us feel truly welcome. There was ample parking space, and although the location is a bit remote, it’s actually a big plus — it’s peaceful and still conveniently located just 10 minutes by car from the airport, close to supermarkets, and near some beautiful beaches. Honestly, this stay was better than what we’ve experienced in many star-rated hotels. Highly recommended — we would definitely come back!

The space is good for four people. The house is quite spacious and clean. Flexible check-in and the host always responded quickly. The address is difficult to find because it has a lot of stairs and is on a hill, if you have a lot of luggage it will be difficult. But if you have a small suitcase or backpack, it's super ok.

It's about 5 minutes by taxi to Old Town, the grocery store is right next to it, and it's a very clean and pretty house. There were stairs, so it was hard to carry 3 big carriers up, but there was an elevator in the apartment!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Accommodation was perfect and was spotless with amazing views and well equipped with everything we needed. The location at the top of Cavtat was great, we hired a car with Sixt super easy and Ane’s place is close to the main highway and close to the town with lots of restaurants and the supermarket just around the corner was very handy too. The pool, hot tub and sauna were available throughout our stay and we used the outside kitchen area which was great too with a roof terrace above perfect for an early morning coffee or sunset drink. We loved our stay! Ane was very helpful and responsive especially as we booked very last minute.

The truth is that Ada's apartment is perfect for getting away in Dubrovnik. She picked us up and took us to the airport, as well as giving us all the recommendations and opinions about the place. The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the old town and the must-see places to visit. The apartment was very clean and tidy, as well as having everything you need for your stay. I recommend Ada 100% and if by chance we return, we will definitely stay with her.

We had an amazing trip to Dubrovnik, made really special by staying in such a great apartment. Nikolina was the best host - gave lots of advice prior to our stay and always replied to questions within minutes. The apartment was spacious and was as it looks in the photos. Beds were big and comfortable. The balcony looked out to the sea and gave some great views. I thought the location was perfect for us - we could walk down to the Old Town in 15 mins - took a little longer coming back up hill!! We stayed in the biggest of the apartments which was for 8 people, but there are other smaller aparments in the complex - would highly recommend.

The place was clean, nice, matched the photos, and we didn't miss anything. The host was responsive, answered all questions without any issues. Everything was set up for our arrival. The advantage is your own parking spot for free which is a big problem in this location. We rate this stay 10/10.

The place was a perfect find for our family of 4 (2 young children). The place is a few minutes drive from the airport and it was easy to get around on the east coast by car or using public bus lines. The host was really nice and helpful giving recommendations about places to visit and where to eat. We also got to taste good home made wines, liquor and grappa, and also home made sausages, which where really good and felt especially welcoming. The kids loved the place and there was colouring pencils and paper in the appartment so they could draw pictures. The kids also loved the friendly dog Cookie, which lives downstairs :) All in all, we had a great holiday in Croatia which was mainly due the awesome appartment, recommendations from the host regarding places to see and also easy access to the sightseeings and restaurants, airport etc., from the appartment. We loved our stay! Beautiful scenery and the location was walking distance to almost everything and to more restaurants than we could eat at. Violeta made check in and check a breeze and helped with all questions we had as first time travelers to Montenegro. I highly recommend this place and Violeta as a host.

Excellent apartments that have everything you need. Parking was always available next to the house. Kirill is an excellent host: he helped carry suitcases, helped with check-in, told about the location of shops, cafes and other important places, told about the sights and provided brochures with descriptions. We had a great time in these apartments. The only negative I encountered is the difficulty when trying to see the bay 😁

Stijepo was an extremely approachable host, responsive, and available to answer any questions. Lovely place, with all the necessary amenities, clean, tidy. Warm recommendations for both the host and the listing. I'm sure we'll be back.

The stay in Montenegro was in very good conditions. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

We had the best stay in Jadranka’s place I can’t recommend this place enough! Just 8min drive to airport. View from window and terrance was most amazing like looking at most beautiful painting. Sunsets were absolutely Breathtaking! Very comfortable accomondation we had great sleep there. There is supermarket opposite the house. We enjoyed Cavtat very much. Uber 5 euros per direction but also walk downhill was ok and beautiful (took us 30min with two 3 year old children). Lovely child friendly host we were treated so well and definitely returning. This place ticks all the boxes! Works well for couples, friends and families. Im so glad we chose this place!

The host is very friendly. We only stayed for one night. The apartment is spacious, and has everything you need. The apartment located within walking distance to beach, and shopping center. We had a great stay. Thank you!

Nice location a few kilometres from Dubrovnik with good restaurants and amenities within walking distance. Ivica was friendly and helpful.

Stunning apartment with a incredible view and the best hosts. The garden is beautiful and the apartment has everything you could need. The apartment is a bit out of town but we managed the walk and taxis are available and cheap and the hosts helped us with these. We would recommend staying here and would hope to visit next time we are back.

We stayed at Branko's villa for 4 days at the end of May and it was wonderful. In real life the villa looks even better than the photos - it is big, spacious and full of character. And the pool is big enough to do lengths in if you want some exercise. We just wanted to unwind with our boys for a few days before heading to the islands. The boys loved the pool and the gym but the winner was the pool table - we played every day and in the evening after dinner. We went to Dubrovnik a couple of times - around 20 Euros in an Uber. A hire car might have been handy, especially in getting supplies from the supermarket but we didn't really need one. Branko was kind enough to lend us his car one afternoon to pop down to the supermarket! The village is very quiet and peaceful, we hardly saw anyone but it was early in the season. All in all a fantastic, relaxing stay in a beautiful setting. We would definitely go back - it would be a great house for a large group. Thank you Branko!

Excellent stay for a game developer conference with 6 people

The stay at Marko's was very pleasant, the apartment is new and very functional, in addition Marko shows you what to do in the city and nearby, very good recommendations. I would recommend this place to stay!

Amazing. The house was perfect. 5 ladies of a certain age so we all had our own room. Coffee, milk, water, chocolate. An endless list of extras this host provides, down to beautiful liquors made by his Mum. Excellent communication by our host. Such a beautiful peaceful spot with a local bus service should you need it. We did several trips from this location including Dubrovnik and Korcula. Mario’s Mum is on hand to help with literally anything and she brought us the most beautiful home made apple strudel. This family go above and beyond. We wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend this house.

The host was so nice. He stayed and chatted with us for an hour or so. The house is lovely with murals hand painted by the owners. It was the perfect location to end our stay!
