In addition to the historic farmstead Windheim No2 (https://windheimno2.de/) with the Westf. Storchenmuseum, we have restored a small house, "Dat Lüttke Hues." It offers pure idyll! 2 bedrooms for max. 4 people, a bright bathroom, central heating, a living room with wood-burning stove, adjoining open kitchen and exit to the garden with seating.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2022, is located on the 2nd upper floor and is equipped with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 single bed), a new bright bathroom with a rain shower, a fully equipped kitchen with large dining table and a cozy living room. The apartment also has a new 22 m² roof terrace/sun terrace with 1 table & 4 chairs as well as an idyllic view of the countryside. The house is situated in rural and quiet surroundings - time to switch off & enjoy!

Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation in our modern and high-quality vacation home "Gestüt Lohhof". The house is idyllically situated in the middle of our horse stud farm. From the bed you can enjoy the direct view of the horse pastures – relaxation and tranquility guaranteed! The fully equipped cottage can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults & 2 children). Optionally bookable: children's pony fun with guided riding and individual horse coaching.

Large and cozy apartment in Minden

Our completely renovated and beautiful apartment in 2020 is located in Minden, Stemmer district. You will find a very large bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm double bed and another bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm double bed. The third bedroom has two 90 x 200 cm single beds. Here you will live in a quiet environment. A supermarket is 500 meters away and only a 5-minute walk. You can reach the city of Minden by car in about 7 minutes by car and in 20 minutes by bike.

Living in the (tiny) house - idyll in Crane Land!

Relaxed, quiet atmosphere for stargazers! Idyllic garden house on former farm in a very quiet location. Ideal for cyclists and country lovers, far away from cities and villages. In good weather, stargazers can admire the Milky Way, as the view is so clear at night. During the day you can just sit down and listen to the birds and in the evening enjoy the chirping of the crickets with wine. Starting in October, the cranes move into the country.

The island apartment

Welcome to the apartment 'Die Inselwohnung'. We offer a comfortable, spacious and fully equipped apartment that comfortably accommodates up to 5 people on 110 square meters. If necessary, even more people can be accommodated. A children's travel bed is also available. Due to our convenient location, we are very easy to reach by car and also by bike (immediate proximity to the Weserradweg). Consumer markets and bakeries are in the area.

You will find everything you need for a relaxing stay. The apartment has direct access to the terrace and the beautiful garden, which is available together with us owners. The apartment has its own entrance. It is a non-smoking apartment. Schlosspark Bückeburg is only 3 km away. Sorry, pets are not allowed because of the garden pond. In addition, two friendly miniature poodles belong to our household, which also use the common garden.

I am furnished so that you can find relaxation and well-being. Through my large window front you can look into the countryside... onto a large meadow, trees and bushes. I've been around for 50 years… even though tiny houses are all the rage right now, I've been around a long time… but I've recently been renovated and look forward to welcoming interesting guests!
