The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

Historic farmhouse lovingly restored.

Ideal for weddings and family gatherings, conferences and workshops. On a gigantic 350 square meter area. One of the few typical Fehmarn farmhouses, mostly preserved in their original state, of a formerly large-scale farm complex, which have shaped the rural image of the vacation island with their independent character. Villa Luka is spread over two floors and has about 120 square meters of living space. Three separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 shower room / 1 full bathroom) can accommodate a total of seven people.
