The exclusive and modern houseboat "Opa Wilhelm" is located on the outer jetty of the yacht yard with unobstructed views of the harbor entrance Heiligenhafen and the famous nature reserve Graswarder. It offers about 50 m² of living space for 4 guests, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a separate shower room with toilet and a large living room with fully equipped kitchenette. The large upper deck invites you to relax and sunbathe. There are no direct neighbors other than the twin houseboat "Grandma Ella."

Tegelstuuv Vacation Home

Our cozy Tegelstuuv on the Tegelhof welcomes guests from all over the world who would like to spend a few days experiencing Probstei and the Baltic Sea region. This is how the old granary of the former cowshed was transformed into a charming guest apartment with three rooms and a cozy living-dining area. The apartment is centrally located in the courtyard, surrounded by gardens, trees, and a real courtyard atmosphere. If you're lucky, you'll still find a breakfast egg in the chicken coop below.

Das Kavalierhaus befindet sich gegenüber vom Marstall und verfügt über einen großen Garten mit Pavillon, umgeben von Rhododendren. Das Gebäude wurde kürzlich liebevoll restauriert. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich ein großzügiges Esszimmer, die Küche mit separater Speisekammer, ein Arbeitszimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, zwei Doppel Schlafzimmer mit je einem Duschbad en-suite, ein Gäste-WC und der Hauswirtschaftsraum. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 7 DZ und 1 EZ, sowie 4 Badezimmer.

With a lot of love, the "old pharmacy" was transformed into two very spacious and special apartments. In the multi-story apartment there is a floor, like the golden yellow sand, the blue horizon shines and here and there you can find mother-of-pearl shells. The old pharmacy is also omnipresent with the amber-colored glasses. The light is smartly controlled and you will set the most cozy ambience at any time. My apartment 4 is one of 13 vacation apartments on our Neuhof vacation estate. The family-run estate has been in the family for 230 years and is also our home. On a 20,000 square meter property with many beautiful spots to relax, you are only 380 meters from the sea (dike!). Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. The house is located directly on the lake and therefore also has its own lake access and jetty. You can also swim from the property. Jump into the water. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a sauna. As well as a large living area and kitchen. Smart TV and 290 Mbit Internet. On the terrace you can relax and look at the lake. Bicycles can be rented to explore the surrounding area.

Cozy apartment on the sunny island of Fehmarn

From this centrally located place, you are at all the sundowner hotspots of the sunny island of Fehmarn in no time. Bojendorfer beach is minutes by car, nice cafes in Orth or Lemkenhafen are almost around the corner. Shopping can be reached on foot. The apartment is on the 2nd floor overlooking the garden & the historic church tower of Petersdorf. 4 people can be accommodated - the kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are large & cozy.

Maritime room near the beach with private bathroom

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

The house is in a quiet location; the nearest beach is just 2 km (1.2 miles) away and can be reached in about 20 minutes via a lovely footpath. It can accommodate up to 5 people. With bright, welcoming rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an oven, it's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway.
