Jane is firstly an incredibly generous and responsive host. She was super flexible and reasonable to a request we had, and also checked in with us to make sure that that we were able to check into the house. The house itself is amazing. We enjoyed the pool and the massive kitchen. There is plenty of entertainment including table tennis, pool toys and floaties, a theatre room and games just to name a few. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious and well located. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had the best stay ever at Kate's place. We'd booked for Mothers Day and my family had flown in from different states, so I was incredibly pleased with how perfect our accommodation was. The photos really don't do it justice and the extra care and special touches made us feel so very welcome. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lana was one of the most friendliest, accommodating hosts we have ever interacted with. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure our stay was memorable. The accommodation was cosy and homely, and the cherry on top was the fact that it was situated in a beautiful bush setting. We absolutely would comeback again!

We have just returned from 3 nights staying here and cannot speak high enough about the place. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The kids had an absolute blast with all the toys, the cubby house and the show stopping pool. The pool is huge and perfect for kids with a deep and shallow end, also loads of pool toys! A really great space for some quality time with family with fantastic communal areas in the heart of the stunning little village. We took the short 15 minute walk to Mr T and me for breakfast which again was gorgeous. We will definitely be returning with family in the future, thank you!

Had really nice stay at Johanna Seaside Cottages 'Farm House', was the perfect country escape we were looking for and the kids loved collecting fresh laid eggs in the morning and having access to an indoor heated pool. Only minor complaint was not being able to connect to the internet Friday evening and not being able contact our host after 5pm. That said, the property caretake (Ben) was super helpful when he checked in the next day. Would definitely recommend if looking for a country escape along the coast.

This is the second time we've stayed. We came back because we enjoyed the first so much. The property is exactly as described. Easy check-in and clear instructions. Clean, peaceful and very comfortable. A great place to stay and explore the area.

The location was perfect, we walked everywhere. A supermarket around the corner we didn’t go without. The hot springs a must, to experience,a 25 minute walk but we took a taxi. We walked to the break water on the beach, found the best view across the bay and fabulous coffee. Every person we interacted with where so pleasant, that make our holiday extra special. This was one of the best place we have ever stayed in. We arrived at night, so we didnt get to see the view yet. Getting to the place requires some sharp eye to notice the 'Impiana' sign as it was pitch dark. GPS did not actually bring us to the right place the first time. The next morning, we woke up to the awesome view at the bedroom window. It was mesmerizing. Perched up on a hill, the house is overlooking Apollo Bay. As it is away from traffic or neighbours, the place was so peaceful. I had hot coffee and cookies at the bench outside, while appreciating the natural beauty of the picturesque view, in winter weather. Such an amazing feeling. The place is also well thought of, from the kitchen to the bathroom. We settled in well. No wifi provided, so there is minimal distraction to social media. We enjoyed family time watching DVDs of movies during my childhood days. Truly amazing. We found it hard to leave the place. Will definitely be back when exploring Great Ocean Road again.

Just a beautiful place, to be honest, the pictures don’t to it justice, it was so much more. The location of the bush block is so peaceful, the architecture, build, timbers used, soft furnishings and attention to detail on every level is sublime. Absolutely loved our stay! Being able to bring our puppy made it even better. It was honestly the cleanest AirBnB we’ve probably ever stayed in—spotless and so well cared for. The furniture and décor were thoughtful and stylish, making it feel incredibly homey and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at the deck house was more than spectacular. The location is beautiful and the view is breathtaking! Easily the best accomodation I have ever stayed at! The deck house team were so helpful and the amenities in the home were great. My partner and I had such a great time that we didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be making a return sometime in the future!

Our second stay and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Safe to say we will most likely book again soon. This place speaks to our soul. The view is unbeatable and makes it very difficult to even want to leave this beautiful house. Best sleep ever with the sound of the waves and comfy beds. Sea marsh was fantastic, not far from the Main Street and peaceful and quiet. It was clean, comfortable with everything we needed. Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and Colleen was easy to contact if we had any questions. Restaurant recommendations and local attractions.. Not too far from 12 apostles and Lochard gorge.. Would definitely use again. 😊

Very spacious, well thought out place. Lisa & Matt have created something truly special. Generous and well thought out home, provided with amenities. Great location 40mins from Apollo bay / Lorne, 30mins from Colac and an 1hr drive from the 12 (i think 7 now) apostles. Would definitely come back!
