This place was perfectly located for a private stay by lake Peten Itza.

Super recommended, my family had a great time in this listing, since you can only get there by boat the experience is very good for the amount of things that can be done upon arrival. It is necessary to bring groceries as by the nature of the location, getting to a shop is walking about 20 minutes.

A beautiful secluded paradise next to the lake. The sounds of nature is all you hear. Absolutely wonderful stay for us. Plenty of beds, host is very attentive and kind. The home was spotless clean, with a welcome bottle of Rose - a nice touch. Sitting outside in the morning with a coffee with music playing, looking at the lake and taking in that you are in jungle... its great. Very difficult to find. Address was incorrect on the map, and with spotty to no cell service (I have a major US carrier and it was struggling)... this made check in a bit freaky. But it is the jungle and you gotta be up for the adventure...as the listing says! Not to worry though - this was the only issue, and the host met us quickly and guided us to where we need to be. Once there - it was simply fantastic. The jetskis are awesome!! You will love this place. I booked it due to it being a much higher rated place, and I can confirm that the ratings are deserved. Will definitely stay again.

The perfect place to explore in particular Tikal.Jezioro across the street,restaurants just around the corner. Comfortable beds ,quite well equipped apartment. Very good contact with Andha. The wifi works perfectly, hot water in the shower. It's a little buzzing in the morning - there's a school on the street, but if you're up in the morning, it's not a problem. I would recommend staying here! It was a nice place with a lovely roof terrace that we really enjoyed. The kitchen was better equipped than I expected which made cooking easy. Communication was great and they were really kind and helpful! Only downside was that the wifi basically doesn’t work.

just leave tape and a marker to label things, since you don't usually pack those

Great little private hostel style accommodation, with private bathroom & shared kitchen. The location was great - right at the start of Flores island. There were lots of helpful QR notes to help navigate how to use the features in the room (tv, AC, shower etc). The hosts responded to all our questions which greatly helped us plan our trip - they were also really quick at resolving a small issue with our toilet. If you're a light sleeper, wear earplugs as the walkway to the main door is outside everyone's rooms.
