Vacation rentals with lake access in Petén Department

Super recommended, my family had a great time in this listing, since you can only get there by boat the experience is very good for the amount of things that can be done upon arrival. It is necessary to bring groceries as by the nature of the location, getting to a shop is walking about 20 minutes.

The place was amazing and well worth the price. My family and i felt at home and safe during our stay. Thank you very much for the hospitality

A beautiful secluded paradise next to the lake. The sounds of nature is all you hear. Absolutely wonderful stay for us. Plenty of beds, host is very attentive and kind. The home was spotless clean, with a welcome bottle of Rose - a nice touch. Sitting outside in the morning with a coffee with music playing, looking at the lake and taking in that you are in jungle... its great. Very difficult to find. Address was incorrect on the map, and with spotty to no cell service (I have a major US carrier and it was struggling)... this made check in a bit freaky. But it is the jungle and you gotta be up for the adventure...as the listing says! Not to worry though - this was the only issue, and the host met us quickly and guided us to where we need to be. Once there - it was simply fantastic. The jetskis are awesome!! You will love this place. I booked it due to it being a much higher rated place, and I can confirm that the ratings are deserved. Will definitely stay again.

the place is beautiful, it is a complete house with 3 levels and matches the description. The location in Google of the place is not accurate, ubiquense by the photos of the publication, thanks to Isabel who was on the slope and her response was immediate. We found the place.

The perfect place to explore in particular Tikal.Jezioro across the street,restaurants just around the corner. Comfortable beds ,quite well equipped apartment. Very good contact with Andha. The wifi works perfectly, hot water in the shower. It's a little buzzing in the morning - there's a school on the street, but if you're up in the morning, it's not a problem. Absolutely stunning location with a beautiful view of Flores island and the friendliest hosts you could ask for. Would love to come back and stay again.

The apartment is comfortable and has the basics for cooking some things, it is spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I just think it's important to keep in mind that the balcony of the room faces a club.

I recommend the apartment is in very good condition, it has good Internet, Smart TV, the kitchen has everything you need, the bathroom and everything is perfect, not to mention, the beds are comfortable. washing machine at the disposal, and at the same time there is a store with everything necessary for any additional need, the location is very good, very close to Flores, I highly recommend it She took care of us impeccable and was always ready for us and helping us Would definitely come back, worth it

Amazing location! Walkable to everywhere in Flores island and right on the water too. The porch is lovely to sit out on. Eva is incredibly kind & helpful. Definitely recommend this place !!

I would recommend staying here! It was a nice place with a lovely roof terrace that we really enjoyed. The kitchen was better equipped than I expected which made cooking easy. Communication was great and they were really kind and helpful! Only downside was that the wifi basically doesn’t work.

I absolutely loved my stay here and hope to return in the future! I felt very welcome with the family and the lake was a beautiful place to relax.

A very good place, quiet and relaxing, everything was excellent, you just have to take into account what date to go, because right now at the beginning of the year the water level was high and the whole part of the dock was flooded and could not be used, but these are things of nature, hence recommended

Amilcar and his family gave me a very warm welcome. We played guitar and sang together. I also enjoyed swimming from their bridge. Its also a perfect Spot to reach for a day in Tikal. It is not necessary to stay in a expansive Hotel in Tikal, as you can easily do it from this place. Thank you Amilcar for teaching me the chords for "Girl from Ipanema" All the best Uli

Extremely friendly people! We felt right at home. Tania was very quick in responding to our messages. The cottage is located in/on the edge of the jungle so you can greatly enjoy the animal sounds! 🥰
