Excelente ubicación. Maria nos atendió muy amablemente y la habitación estaba limpia y era lo que decía la descripción. La vista es increíble. Solo tomar en cuenta que no tiene parqueo dentro del lugar, hay que buscar parqueo en las calles cercanas

The room was perfect. Easy to get to from the airport. We had the Lakeview private room. It was conveniently located right next to many great restaurants and bars. Clean, comfortable and the view was relaxing after a long two days in Tikal. Oliver offers many activities to do and is a 5 star host all around. Wish we could've stayed longe and this will be the place we stay anytime we are in Flores! Till next time!

This was my second stay at Alice Guesthouse and I will never stay anywhere else in El Remate. Natalie and the rest of the caretakers and staff are all incredibly accommodating and willing to coordinate anything you may want to do in the area. We went on a stellar horseback ride that she arranged the day before, having the horses come right to the guesthouse at whatever time we wanted. The food and bar is also wonderful with plenty of selections and high quality. Truly a hidden paradise :)

Sauber, aufgeräumt, ordentlich und Blick fürs Detail. Wahnsinns Aussicht, dank exzellenter Lage und ein stets gut gelaunter Gastgeber. German Gründlichkeit aber ohne das Spießige. sollte ich jemals wieder nach Guatemala kommen ist dieses Hotel eine meiner Adressen.

Me gusto la estadía, fuimos con mi familia y nos recibieron muy amables y atentos. Realmente volvería nuevamente a hospedarme. Las instalaciones bien bonitas y sobre todo entorno privado.

creo que el lugar es perfecto para los que buscamos visitar sitios arqueológicos y naturales. Queda muy cerca de Tikal y de Yaxha, a 5 minutos de El Remate y a 20 minutos de la Isla de Flores. En general hay que considerarlo como un excelente lugar para descansar por su estratégica ubicación. Las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias, buena limpieza con una piscina limpia. inclusive dormimos y amanecimos bajo el aullido de los monos aulladores, un plus del lugar. Lo recomendamos al 100, fue una linda estancia que esperamos repetir. Don René es muy atento.

Wayak hotel is an amazing place, not only for how beautiful the location is and how well-kept every area is, but especially for how warm the Manager and staff are. We can't stop recommending their food, please try the shrimp ceviche, the alfredo pasta and the cruceño fish. 100% would stay there again! El hotel Wayak es un lugar impresionante, un oasis en medio del pueblo de las Cruces. El lugar es sumamente hermoso, sin embargo lo que nos hará regresar es el trato del administrador y el resto del staff, que nos hicieron pasar una estancia extra agradable. El restaurante nos sorprendió gratamente y recomendamos probar el ceviche de camarones, la pasta alfredo de camarones y el cruceño a las finas hierbas. ¡La pasarán increíble y esperamos volver!

The place was exactly as advertised! someone who is unfamiliar with the area (as we were) might have a bit of difficulty finding the place but Gustavo is very responsive and helpful. The water is not hot in the shower but we already anticipated that! Overall, a satisfactory stay that fit our needs.

Ótimo espaço para ser ficar. Fica a 15 min da Ilha de Flores e tem mercado próximo. O hotel se mostrou flexível no check-in (fiz um bem tardio) e ainda deixou eu guardar as bolsas após o check-out para explorar a cidade. Recomendo bastante!

Great place for the price with a private little terrace overlooking the lake. Hot water was a plus. A few ants in the bed but that’s Guatemala glad it wasn’t a scorpion. I will say the bed was a bit uncomfy and the sheets made me sweat whenever I sleep with polyester. Good for the price.

Good place to stay looked like the pictures. Some of the interior was a little dusty and the sink was a little wonky but nothing new in Guatemalan stays as far ad I’ve experienced.
