Gary and his team were so helpful and responsive to whatever questions youthrow them at. This is my second time stay with them in the last 4 months. The place is so convenient and right in the centre of everything. The amenities were good- swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam/sauna. The view from the place was amazing with petronas and KL towers at the backdrop. Everything from the check in process to check out was so easy and so well organised. I would strongly suggest Gary's place for my friends.

The studio was perfect. We spent lot of time looking for a place and while hotels in the center were always expensive and with quite negative comments, this studio gave us a good impression. It was actually better than on photo and location is perfect, close to 3 main metro lines and conveniently located outside the touristic mess but in a big shopping mall with everything needed. Pool is clean and not too busy, with incredible night views of petronas and kl tower.

Our stay at Katherine and Zen’s place was hands-down the highlight of our entire trip, an absolute gem! Not only is it central and peaceful, but there are tons of restaurants and shops just downstairs, easily accessible through a side gate. There’s even a super convenient luggage storage spot right above the shops. The apartment itself is spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with a lovely balcony that was perfect for morning coffee or evening wind-downs. We also enjoyed the relaxing pool area. Katherine’s breakfast recommendation? A flawless 10/10! We were lucky to meet Zen too, who came by to install a new washer. He was incredibly kind and friendly. When the washer broke, they even offered to cover our laundry costs at the laundromat. Such a thoughtful gesture, though we politely declined. These two are truly exceptional hosts. Their warmth and generosity blew us away. I’m already planning my return. This place isn’t just a 10/10—it’s an 11/10! 🫶🏻

Easy check in and a good place to stay.

I had the most amazing stay at the apartment. If convince was a place this would be it. They have a mall excess right down with e grocery store and acess to great food places. The rooftop pool has a stunning view. The apartment is well equipted and well maintained. I slept soundly since the apartment is sound proofed as well 😁. Thankyou Edward and team for the prompt response to everything and for being apart of our well spent holiday.

Ng’s place is clean and well kept, all the amenities are working properly and what I love the most is the view. You could see Sunway Pyramid which is across the main road from the place. At night it looks lovely with nice lights.

The apartment was great. Location is perfect and walking distance from China Town, Jalan Alor street market, and other popular places in KL. Around the corner you can find supermarkets and decent restaurants. The residence is great, with nice swimming pools and rooftops. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean and had everything you need, especially with children. Winnie was easily reachable via message for all kinds of questions. Thanks again!

Place is exactly as listed. Excellent location. At unit, all amenities work well with thoughtful additions like clothes dryer, and we had a very comfortable and homely stay. The kitchen is well equipped to make simple food. Beds comfy, fans and AC work well. Ours is an outlier experience but with our unexpected late check in , we had trouble finding the right tower for parking (interconnected towers, very confusing for first timers). Access to the unit from the parking spot is not intuitive and we were hopelessly lost and had to call host who did guide us. Best to take the help of caretaker, which we could not do as it was late and we felt awkward. Also to note that exiting the car park was tense through the narrow winding slope, esp if you have a big car. Not sure if you can do it often, we usually drive to KL and do cabs locally. Note that access to building & lift is only with card (guests get 2); (not intuitive for seniors who need to be accompanied always) .

A truly beautiful homestay! The place was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. It felt like a home away from home. The host was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. Nice place to stay.. clean

Mr Tong has a nice place. Quiet neighbour. Place kept clean. It’s a double storey house with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom on ground floor. Overall pleasant stay

Was informed by Run Yee that the place we booked was down for maintenance. she immediately arranged for an upgrade for us to a bigger unit at zero cost! The place is lovely and will definitely recommend to my friends who's visiting KL.

The flat is as described and even better. The view, the amenities and layout are great, we definitely felt lucky to be there during our stay in KL. Man is an excellent host, he was always there to support us should we need anything. Proactive, excellent communication, he did his best to accomodate us and make our stay better and he succeeded. He as exquisite taste, the flat was well decorated and furnished.

Nice apartment, my second time staying at this condo but first time in this unit. Everything was as in the photos and description and I would stay here again. Had an aircon issue but it was fixed straight away. Takes a while before messages are read - it does say communication can take up to five hours for a reply - in an emergency this would be a long time. Suggestions - a small pair of kitchen scissors, some garbage bags for the bin and a kettle upgrade as the button doesn’t work properly. Thank you again

Wonderful and responsive host. Was quick to solve and arrange time to solve any faults in the home. Amazing location with good food just right below and a nice peaceful mall to shop for Arts and small trinkets!

5 stars I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made the check-in process seamless. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was cozy, and all the amenities were well-stocked, including kitchen essentials and fresh towels. I especially appreciated the little touches like the local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
