My son and I had a wonderful stay. We loved the place, it felt like "our place" right away. It was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this to anyone staying in Terricina. Only 2 blocks from a beautiful beach too!

staying in this house was like feeling at home, there was everything you need to enjoy the weekend relaxing, nothing was missing! The house is surrounded by greenery with a few swings for children, and nearby there is a riding school where you can take lessons or take simple horseback rides. Marco is a perfect host, always helpful and responsive, and very friendly in ways. Absolutely recommended!

We only stayed for two nights and had a very good time. Susanne is super helpful and responds to messages quickly. The house is very nice, clean and equipped with everything you need. He also made us find things in the kitchen. The only downside is that it doesn't take the network, but there's wifi available in the house, which always worked except for one night.

We stayed the two days at the end and start of the new year. We had a great time, the house is located in a historic and very characteristic place with a wonderful view. The place is cozy, clean, tidy, and there is everything you may need from the kitchen to the bathroom, nothing is missing! In the living room there is the fireplace and the large and comfortable sofa that are the top . I recommend it to everyone, especially those who love tranquility and relax for a few days to recharge and then return to everyday life. A really nice stay! The house is large, clean and exactly as described. Particularly suitable for groups/families thanks to the large patio with a table that can be used for dinners with friends. In addition, the location of the house is strategic, a stone's throw from San Felice and Sabaudia. Great cookies from Mrs. Paola offered upon our arrival! Highly recommended.

We stayed at this fantastic villa for two nights, Friday - Sunday. The host was immediately available and thorough to answer any of our questions. When we arrived we found ourselves in a beautiful villa, clean, modern and within reach of everyone. Carlos and his wife immediately made us feel at ease, explaining the simple little house rules. Never intrusive but always ready in time of need!! We will definitely be back!

Very cute apartment with a fantastic location and mega beautiful view from the balcony. We always slept open with a balcony door to hear the waves. Luigi and Loredana are both very kind and helpful. Everything very straightforward and pleasant.

We had a lovely stay! The apartment is beautiful, sparkling clean and equipped with every comfort. The area is beautiful and wonderfully quiet, you only hear the birds chirping and the river flowing. The house is very private and is on an olive grove, so you are surrounded by greenery here. Monica is a wonderful woman, who has made her wonderful dream come true here in this beautiful place. She goes out of her way for her guests. By car, you can reach all kinds of beautiful places in nature or at nice small villages/towns nearby. The park Maiella is nearby and has beautiful walks through the mountains and along the river Orta. In the village a few kilometers away is a large supermarket and several restaurants can be found at a short distance. This place is recommended if you want to discover this region!

It's an unforgettable experience, totally immersed in nature. All the silence and tranquility you need to get away from it all, a swimming pool overlooking the hill with stunning views. A stone barbecue for your barbecues and the company of very sweet animals. Pietro and his wife Pina are very kind hosts, available for any eventuality. This is an amazing location and a really beautiful place. We had a family of six stay at the beutiful villa and we all we so happy with the choice. The property actually looks better in person. Marco the host was very easy to deal with. He's a great communicator and is always available to answer questions. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate this at a 12. Highly recommended.
