alloggio pulito e ordinato.Molto gradevole come arredamento. posizione strategica per chi vuole uscire la sera e vicino al mare per chi ha dei bambini . valutazione 5 su 5,avrei dato la lode se ci fosse stato un piccolo kit di accoglienza per la colazione. Alfredo è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

We had a great time, the apartment is cozy and clean, the location was awesome and very near to the beach and the restaurants. Perfect refuge in a home away from home! We will be back!

Fabio’s apartment was in such a a great location to the city centre, only a 5 -10 min walk to cafes, markets, restaurants, shopping, etc. the apartment was very clean and had everything our family of 4 needed! The kids loved it too. The host was very friendly and made sure to make sure we had everything we needed and more. We can recommend this place very highly and hope to return!

we spontaneously decided to stay 2 nights in Pescara. from the first moment on, Raffaele was super helpful and actively communicating with us. the apartment was very spacious, super clean and had everything we needed. also the kitchen provided everything necessary. The only little minus is the noise from the street which is a bit busy. but with windows closed it didn't bother us. we loved the time in Pescara and felt very at home in the apartment. strongly recommend Raffaeles place, he is a great host.

Appartamento accogliente, ampio e situato in una zona strategica, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro. Host super cordiale e disponibile, dandoci utili consigli su come godere al meglio la nostra permanenza nella città.

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Emanueles Bruder, Federico herzlich empfangen. Er zeigte uns die Wohnung und gab uns alle nötigen Informationen. Die Wohnung war "blitzblank" und sauber, alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Kurz gesagt: Eine tolle Unterkunft, an welcher es nichts auszusetzen gibt. Im "Hof", oder im Aussenbereich konnte sich unser Hund nach der langen Fahrt wieder frei bewegen und wir uns gemütlich entspannen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr nahe am Meer und vielen Restaurants. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und danken Emanuele und seinen zwei Brüdern für die Gastfreundschaft.

L’appartamento é semplicemente splendido. Incredibile la cura dei particolari e l’ ottimizzazione degli spazi. La posizione é strategica, tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo molto vicina al paese e alle spiagge, raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Mohammed é un host molto accogliente e disponibile, per qualsiasi necessità potete contare su di lui. Se alloggerete qui non dovrete pensare a nulla se non a rilassarvi. Grazie di tutto, torneremo sicuramente!

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Simonetta zelf. We voelden ons direct thuis en ze gaf ons de nodige uitleg van de accommodatie. Mochten we nog iets nodig hebben, qua taxi, fietsen, … dat regelde ze dat voor ons. Ik zou er zo zelf kunnen wonen in het verblijf, heel gezellig en knus. Gelijk het op de foto’s te zien is. Strand is op wandel afstand. Ik kan geen min punten opnoemen eigenlijk die wij hebben ervaren tijdens het verblijf. Super verblijf en super host. Dank je wel Simonetta voor het warme onthaal.

We enjoyed ourself so much. The place met our needs for a couple and a single. 2 bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs and down. We would definitely come back again and recommend it for groups of six. Everything we needed to cook at home. Wish the weather would have been nice to enjoy the area out back. Lovely table and lights to have dinner and play cards.

Il soggiorno a casa di Monica è stato semplicemente perfetto sia per la magnifica accoglienza che per l’ alloggio super grazioso e pulito. Anche Giulianova (per noi prima volta) ci è piaciuta sia per il mare che per i servizi.

Questo appartamento e ottimo per chi vuole stare vicino al mare ha tanti negozi vicino ,bar,farmacie, McDonald's e ristorante anche giapponese . La casa e molto accogliente,spaziosa e dotata di tanti comfort ed e situata in una zona molto strategica perché non c'è bisogno mai di usare l'auto .

Es war wirklich eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, tolle und stilvolle Einrichtung. Durchdacht mit den Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten für die Kleidung. Induktionsherd und Waschmaschine und einer Regendusche. Wunderschön mit dem Holz an der Decke und wichtige Klimaanlage in jedem Raum. Vermieter waren immer errwichbar und haben sofort geantwortet. Check in und Check out waren super und persönlich durch die Vermieter. Können wir nir empfehlen. Es ist eine sehr schöne und eher belebte Umgebung mit einem wunderschönen Strand.

Ich kann dieses Haus mit dem großartigen Garten nur wärmstens empfehlen! Wir haben jeden Moment genossen und waren angenehm überrascht, wie schön und komfortabel alles war. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst hilfsbereit und herzlich, und haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich gemacht. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto, la casa era esattamente come in foto, perfettamente pulita e profumatissima, a due passi dal mare e dalla ciclabile. Annalisa di una gentilezza più unica che rara.

We arrived mid September after spending some time in Rome and the Amalfi and needed a relaxing time Which the location and Milas apartment provided. The location is quiet, beech Awsome you can walk for miles and we did. Inside the apartment we didn’t want for anything. A great experience for our first Airbnb 👍 thanks Mila.

Fabrizio was so kind, being flexible with our check-in time since we were traveling in from Assisi and accidentally got off at the wrong train stop! The place was beautiful- very clean and cared for. The location was one block away from the beach and vespa rentals!! Everything was within walking distance. The city was a beautiful way to spend the weekend. We could not be happier with the stay. Casa molto carina e dotata di tutti i comfort in un contesto signorile con posto auto interno, posizione fantastica occorre semplicemente attraversare la strada per andare al mare o per raggiungere la pista ciclabile ed essendo ubicata nella centrale Piazza S.Alfonso si trovano tutti i tipi di attività e servizi oltre ai vari eventi che vengono svolti nella suddetta piazza, volendo si può non utilizzare la macchina per tutta la permanenza. La consiglio vivamente anche a famiglie con figli per la praticità e la tranquillità del posto. Il Sig. Michele persona simpatica e disponibile ci ha fornito tutte le spiegazioni all'arrivo ed è rimasto a disposizione anche durante la permanenza. Esperienza da ripetere.

Laura jest bardzo uprzejmym gospodarzem. Apartament znajduje się bardzo blisko plaży, sklepów, restauracji, ale jednocześnie w cichym i spokojnym miejscu. Jest jasny i czysty, jest tam wszystko co potrzeba, zgodnie z opisem. Widok z okna na morze uatrakcyjnia pobyt. Szczerze polecam Laurę i na pewno tu wrócę.
