A perfect family destination in a lovely city of Pescara. Large family home by the sea (2 min walk) and close to the town square and shopping district. Large selection of restaurants and bars nearby. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
