Beautiful and spacious and comfortable room with bathroom in a villa with a very well-kept garden, impeccable and pleasant cleanliness and abundant breakfast. Friendly and accurate Enzo, who welcomed us and gave us tips on places to visit in a really beautiful Sulmona and very rich in quality musical events worthy of note and in the surroundings simply fabulous. We will definitely be back.

Fabio’s apartment was in such a a great location to the city centre, only a 5 -10 min walk to cafes, markets, restaurants, shopping, etc. the apartment was very clean and had everything our family of 4 needed! The kids loved it too. The host was very friendly and made sure to make sure we had everything we needed and more. We can recommend this place very highly and hope to return!

This is a lovely place to stay, all mod cons, balcony, facilities, pool (need swimming hat), and really near the beach. Elsa round the corner is a lovely little restaurant on the beach. No bother from the railway nearby. Pizza place down toward the marina on the right is great. Comfy beds, really good bathroom.

We had a very good time in this spacious and bright apartment. The bathroom in particular has been renovated very well, it is spacious and comfortable, with a large shower box. Although you have to climb two flights of stairs, it was not a problem, the stairwell is not steep and the steps are easy. We had some difficulty with parking the car, but it's an issue that affects the whole city, it doesn't really concern the apartment. The house is located very close to the pedestrian area that leads to the city center. Excellent host assistance: Fabio and Elena have always been very responsive on the occasions when we communicated, but we hardly needed anything because the house had everything we needed. Thanks for the good experience!

i stayed 2 nights with my boyfriend at Walter's place. From the first moment, he was very hospitable. He let us in a little early without any problem and offered us an aperitif. We met part of her family, likeable people, nice and very kind. Our room had a private bathroom with all the comforts. Wide and clean spaces. Both the bedroom and bathroom were really complete with everything. The very special room, even we could choose to turn on the lights or spotlights on the floor for a more "romantic" environment. Breakfast was not included, but Walter made us find a great coffee in the morning. Walter's home is a really great place to stay as well as an artistic residence worthy of being called that. The location of the house is very central: 300 meters you are in the center and if you want to move to go to neighboring cities there are many bus stops nearby. If we go back to Chieti, it will be our choice again!

Tidy and clean house. It's got the essentials, but I'd put in a pair of scissors and a few more plates. Excellent location and value for money. The host's sweet mom also lent us shampoo. A little hard to find with GPS, so get detailed directions from Matteo. However, recommended!!!

Apartment in the heart of Ortona, in a quiet and easily accessible area. The house is spacious, super clean and comfortable and Anna was very helpful during check-in. The only downside is that the air conditioning is missing, but with the fans the heat becomes bearable.
