A very quiet place to rest and relax, the house has everything you need to have a very pleasant stay, just as a comment, because it is a large property you can't see the house and Mrs. Cruz is in La casa Iguana Loca 2 about 5 meters away, she was very kind and provided us with the keys and showed us the house, the wonderful beach, the store opens at 8 am and closes 7 pm so you can take it into account, it is the only one to buy nearby, it has everything you need, in general everything is excellent.

The house is very beautiful, everything is excellent, the cleanliness of the house is perfect, the place is quiet and relaxing, if you want to go to the restaurants that are on the side of Isla Navidad llamas and you send boat it is not necessary to move a vehicle, the attention was very good, we loved the place very much and that the house has everything you need, it is a stay where you will have a very good vacation! It was one of the cheapest places that accepted pets for 10 people. The place has many things in the kitchen and we loved the garden because of the space and it also had a place to barbecue. We would have liked to have had more directions on how to get there, since there is no signal in the village and it was a bit difficult to find. It would be good to send the wifi code before arriving or have it in a visible place so that guests can connect immediately upon arrival.

I loved this place, it was so spacious and better than photos. It has the perfect location in the Pueblo and close and easy to get around. JK was super responsive and helpful and so flexible with our checkout and even let us leave a day early. We really appreciated the house and would come back! Please note that since it is locsted on the border of a nature reserve there are insects . It was not a problem at all for us but to be aware of that you may see spiders etc .

Very nice place and great location, close to everything in Barra. Everything worked at the condo, no issues with security either. Beautiful view of the ocean, you can just wake up and be right on the waters edge. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The outside living area and yard was lovely. A perfect place to get away and unwind. Comfortable bed and a nice breeze made for a great sleep every night. Thanks for having us Mary!

I really enjoyed staying in Anahi’s casa. The facilities were in great condition and parking was easy. Also, the bedding was great so that we slept like a log. I will definitely come back.

We really liked the place. Even though the place is not right on the beach, you have everything on hand. It is very very nice and clean. We'll definitely be back. We went with our little dog and no problems at all.

This is a beautiful home in Melaque located on a quiet part of town. The entire house and space is super well maintained and very comfortable. It’s a walkable distance from town and the beach area. I would definitely come back!

Great home in the middle of it all. Close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. A great private yard with a beautiful pool. Only drawback was it was a bit noisy but that’s what to expect during New Years. So put on the noise cancelling headphones and enjoy! Will definitely consider it if and when we go back.

We had a great time for new years! A party 9 with Kids of all ages, we loved how spacious and open the house is, the beach at Boca is perfect for kids, with fine sand and amazing sunsets. Neli was super responsive and helpful. Available to her guests even during the holidays.

A beautiful space with a lovely feel. Well designed, nice furniture, and beautiful surrounding gardens. The view is amazing. The bedrooms are great and there are nice bathrooms. Really gives you a relaxed, comfortable feeling and the desire to spend your whole day just enjoying the various spaces found on the property. In addition it is a close walk to town, which is super convenient for picking up groceries! The entire suite is open air except the bedrooms and bathrooms- so keep this in mind with windy, colder or rainy weathers. We were here when it was 30 Celsius and sunny, so the breeze was welcome- but if it was a colder time of year the breeze might be a bit disruptive as there are no sheltered nooks. Host was very friendly and responsive, would stay again and would motivate friends and family to join!

We loved our stay in Melaque and would love to come back! The house was great for our small group of co-workers. Beds and rooms were very spacious and so many great spots to hang out. In the pictures, the color of the pool looks a little off, but in person, it was perfect. Great easy access to the beach. Super peaceful to hang out and listen to the waves. Surrounding area is very relaxed. Can walk to restaurants. Best part of house was Noemi, who helped prepare meals for us. She is fantastic and super helpful. Highly recommend having her cook for your group or family. And the host is great and super responsive as well! Highly recommend this place!!!

A good place to stay, clean and with the basics for a pleasant stay, the host was always in communication and very friendly.

The house is very well located a single block from the square and a two minute walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shops on foot. Ernesto always answered our questions very quickly and helped us with the TV. The house has air conditioning in all three bedrooms. The only thing that could improve are the kitchen utensils that were a little old and the part where they are kept that was a little dirty. The walls have some dark splashes. But overall everything was super good and highly recommended for the price. We'll be back! Thank you very much Ernesto.

Isael is a great host. Will always look to book one of his managed properties whenever I'm in Pérula area. He's very fast at communication and supportive with guest stay needs. Property was well kept and he responded quickly to offer help.

This house is really fantastic. The care is noticeable and the pool is a very comfortable and pleasant space to relax. It's the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy a break.

This is a great place for nature lovers. The space has what you need, however, keep in mind that you can only arrive by car, and you must buy everything you need before you arrive. Luckily there is a community nearby and you can buy what you want. It's important to wear repellent, I forgot and I couldn't take advantage of the starry night. We will definitely be back. Hector was always very attentive and communicated immediately and resolved quickly. Thank you very much for everything!
