Vacation rentals with a patio in Peru

The appt has amazing sea views and views of the city. It’s the closest appt to the pool so easy access. The appt itself is very spacious and of high standard. Only a 10 min walk into the heart of barranco and plenty of shops and cafes nearby. I would definitely recommend Carlos place to anyone visiting Lima. Perfect stay! Thanks again!

Pasamos un lindo fin de semana familiar, nos sentimos como en casa en el departamento y disfrutamos las comodidades del Condominio y su cercanía a la playa. César fue muy atento y siempre respondió nuestros mensajes de manera rápida y amable. Definitivamente volveremos.

Linda estadía para ir con la familia, el apto tiene todo lo necesario, el complejo Miramar es hermoso, las piscinas y el área social excelentes y limpias. De hecho vamos a regresar. Omar es muy responsable y la comunicación fue excelente desde el comienzo. Así mismo el personal del Miramar muy amables, sobre todo Fernando que ayuda en todo momento. It was perfect location. Next to historical and traditional streets, very unique neighborhood. Just by 10-30 minutes walk, you can see a lot of important places. Near to supermarkets and restaurant. Very vibrant. This apartment has wonderful kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need, including rice cooker. The host speaks good English, it was easy to communicate. There are many instructions that can guide you to use everything in the apartment so that you do not need to keep asking the host. Bedsheet was very clean. The apartment is bright. The hist is helpful. It is a good price for what we got. We are happy with our stay. The host is also open to feedbacks and suggestions👍🏻

Excelente comunicación con Alex, el anfitrión fue muy amable y me permitió hacer el check in antes de la hora prevista, lo cual fue de gran ayuda, la vista es espectacular, lo recomiendo totalmente.

My stay at Maria’s was comfortable. Everything was neat, clean and well organized. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the restaurants nearby are amazing. A bit noisy from the construction across the street but other than that…I would stay here again!

Cristina desde un inicio fue demasiado amable, su casa estaba hermoso sobre todo sus baños, nos encantó que la zona es tranquila con mucha paz, finalmente que que sea pet friendly deja mucho que pensar de la calidad de personas que son por el amor hacia los animalitos que es lo más importante. ¡Volveremos con toda mi familia! 🫶🏼✨

La playa es muy tranquila y Francisco estuvo muy atento a cualquier inconveniente.

We appreciated your quick responses and helpful recommendations. Reni was a great onsite host. It was a pleasure getting to know him and joining us on dune buggy ride. The location was perfect, the home was spacious, cozy and clean. The pool was very nice as well. Fernanda/Reni were always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended!

Todo genial, casa hermosa, lugar hermoso, comodidades, zona centrica, henry esta al tanto de cualquier detalle o imprevisto, me brindo facilidades para hacer late checkout, su atencion magnifica, todo 10/10.

El departamento de Renee y Marion es espectacular, tiene vista a la playa y la zona es muy tranquila y segura. El duplex es amplio y cómodo, muy bien mantenido y prácticamente nuevo. La cocina y habitaciones súper bien equipadas. Es demasiado increíble que cada habitación cuente con su baño y adicional tenga un baño de visitas, creo que eso Permite a los huéspedes tener privacidad en cada espacio. Creo que el departamento incluso puede ser un éxito cuando el clima esté más templado porque el entorno es demasiado relajante. Volveremos segurísimo!

La casa es tal cual aparece en las fotos. Muy bonita y cómoda. El condominio cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios. Hay una muy buena bodega y un buen restaurante a menos de 5 minutos en auto (a la salida de la Panamericana e ingreso al camino que conduce al condominio). El mar es muy tranquilo y la playa es abierta y con espacio suficiente para estar cómodos. En resumen un lugar ideal para descansar y disfrutar en familia. Mónica fue una excelente anfitriona. Respondió de inmediato y con mucha amabilidad.

We had a wonderful stay at Isabel’s place! She was incredibly responsive and always happy to help with any questions we had. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on and really added to our experience. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach—and the apartment itself was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. We especially loved relaxing on the balcony. Highly recommend!

El departamento es muy acogedor, a pesar de estar en una avenida concurrida no habia ruido dentro del departamento. Como es una zona comercial tienes facil alcance a restaurantes, centros comerciales, etc

This house was just perfect for our family vacation and 1st time in Lima. The house is spotless and spacious. The sunset view from different areas of the house was breathtaking. There was 10 of us, two families composed of two sisters, their sons, with their views and kids. The number of rooms was just perfect to accommodate everyone in our group. We went to Lima for my husband’s Birthday and were lucky to get the master bedroom which was just so beautiful. The host was very responsive to our inquiries. The gentleman at the front door was very helpful. We took uber to the local Wong to buy groceries and cooked a few meals, the kitchen had all the necessary items. We spend many hours in the outside balcony playing poker, drinking wine and just enjoying the beautiful view. Unfortunately the rio tides were very strong and we were unable to go inside the beach but still sat in the sand and enjoying locos food and drinks. We loved staying at the luxurious house for our family trip!
