Farmstay vacation rentals in Peru

There aren’t enough stars on the scale for this. Zeze went above and beyond with his helpfulness and willingness to show us around the farm, help us schedule activities, rides, food, and so on. Hes a natural travel guide who is hosting at an incredible farm . The animals are so wonderful and the place feels timeless . Communication was excellent. It’s extremely peaceful. It’s like you are back in the 1800’s , but without the work to do. This is a very, very relaxing and special place. I hope to be back some day!

Maria’s place has the best of both worlds. It’s surrounded by farmland and animals, but is conveniently right next to the town of Urubamba. We had a medical need during our stay, and Maria was so kind and helpful. In fact, you will not find a better host than Maria. Maria, who is bilingual in Spanish and English, is very knowledgeable about tourism, transportation in the Sacred Valley. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Airbnb is actually nicer than the pictures. Having the second bathroom is quite a luxury when you have more than one person. The hot water in the showers is a little weak, a little tricky to regulate, but you’ll figure it out. You will meet 2 sweet donkeys, chickens, and I think 5 friendly dogs. We really enjoyed befriending the animals, however the dogs do bark (at cats etc) quite a bit. All in all we had a wonderful stay, such a great value. Many thanks Maria & Gustavo.

Fue una estadía muy tranquila. La casa es muy linda y tiene instalaciones para que los niños disfruten en familia. El soporte de Marco, María y su hija fue de lo mejor. Volveremos sin dudarlo.

Norka's home is in a beautiful location in a close knit farming community on the edge of the beautiful Lake Titicaca. The house is perfect for a peaceful getaway with panoramic views of the water and mountains. it's set back from the main road so you need to walk down the hill to access it, like all of the houses in the area. Norka's representative in the community is Wilber, who was the kindest, most attentive host and helped us to feel right at home. he provided a beautiful breakfast (with amazing fried bread!) organised activities and we even had a meal at his house cooked by his wife. the freshest trout I've ever had! the community in Luquina is just amazing so if you want to experience life on the edge of the world with the best people, this is the place. Norka herself was very communicative and super friendly. we had an issue with the WiFi which she resolved immediately and was very helpful in every other way. a lovely person with good energy which can be felt in the house.

Yo estuve 5 días con mis padres. Muy recomendado!, excelente trato de los anfitriones, pdtes siempre de nosotros a cualquier inquietud y/o ayuda, personas muy tratables; el lugar ni que decir, se siente como en casa, cuenta con lo necesario para una estadía, un lugar tranquilo, cómodo, privado, hermosa vista, un sitio seguro, todo limpio y en buen estado. Un lugar cerca a la plaza central, caminando 10 min aprox, en la plaza encuentras de todo, agente BBVA, cajero BCP y Banco de la Nacion, farmacias, mercado, panadería, pastelería, restaurantes, minimarket, etc ; las motos te llevan a cualquier lado 2 soles cada uno; para los tours siempre llevar en efectivo porque en las entradas no hay a veces señal para pagar Plin o Yape. Conclusión: Hermoso lugar = Excelente estadía

Una excelente casa de campo, la casa es demasiado acogedora que cumple con las características presentadas en la publicación, lo recomiendo muchísimo para aquellos que buscan conectarse con la naturaleza. Volveré pronto nuevamente!!

Must stay here!! Stunning appartment with small kitchen which has everything you need including all kitchen essentials such as coffee, salt, pepper, olive oil, water fountain etc ; a huge warm/cuddly bed; lovely modern bathroom; all within about 5 mins from down town Lamay. Lamay is a gorgeous little town of it’s own valley with a very cute town centre/square with a must visit coffee shop on the square. But what is special regarding this place are the hosts Norma and Tony. Gorgeous, warm and friendly hospitality, well travelled globally including Europe, Asia and US. English language is great! Great organic garden and river running past the property. Extremely relaxing with Hosts that are there for you! Loved it!

This is a little slice of paradise! the cabin is cute and almost like a Swiss cabin in the Peruvian woodland. it's roomy. has all the facilities you need and for us was a great place for work as had good WiFi and a 65" TV for relaxing afterwards! there is a native reserve a 5 minute walk away with cute restaurants and small shops. you can get fresh bread, pizza and Veggies.. even hamburgers and beer ! Charo the host is the best host we've ever had. she is friendly and welcoming and we spent some good social time together too. nothing was too much to ask for. She is a perfect airbnb host and now a good friend ! We will definitely return as we love it here. The whole area is beautiful and the people are very friendly. Una de las mejores casas en las que nos hemos quedado. De verdad que pasamos un lindo fin de semana en casa de Octavio. La casa es enorme, tiene de todo para no aburrirse y el clima perfecto. Lo que más nos gustó fue la piscina temperada, la disfrutamos al máximo, tenía también juegos para niños, cancha de tenis, de fulbito, lugar para hacer parrilla, espacio para fogata, animales y hasta una laguna con botecitos. Super recomendado para ir en grupo.

The house is located close to the main plaza, within walking distance, yet in a secluded country street offering amazing views of the nature, pasturing cows and country living experience. The host and his wife were very helpful and accommodating. The house had hot water in the shower, gas stove, BBQ grill. Me and my family were very satisfied and grateful with the experience. Thank you!

What a pleasure it was for us to stay with Carlos and Norma for our time in Urubamba. If you are thinking it's a bit out of the way, it's absolutely worth it. Their home is beautiful and their presence is warm. We did our best with minimal Spanish on our side and lots of Goog Translate, but we made it work. They are generous and hospitable hosts. We would absolutely return.

We had a wonderful stay, a spacious attractive room. We loved the whole atmosphere of the complex with so many good amenities. Swimmingpool, observatorium, planetarium etc. If you want you can cook for yourself. The friendliness of all the staff and Saurabh. We loved the village Yanque en the very beautiful landscape. It is near the termales baden, you can make beautiful walks. We highly recommend. it and certainly want to come back.

La casa maravillosa me sentía en un cuento ✨️ si deseas un lugar para descansar y disfrutar de la naturaleza super recomendado. Alexander fue un anfitrión super amable y pendiente en todo momento. definitivamente volveremos ☺️☺️

We felt very comfortable in the house and the garden and grounds are beautiful. There are different paths to explore on walks around the property and we really enjoyed horse riding during our stay. We highly recommend this house to stay with small or larger groups!

Staying here in Amantani was more wonderful than we ever expected! Luis didn't just act as host, but also as tour guide, and good friend. He made us feel right at home. The house was beautiful and cozy, with many touches of Quechua lifestyle including alpaca wool sheets! Also hosting was Luis's mother, Fernanda, who was the sweetest abuela one could ever meet. Her cooking was just as delightful as her presence in the home. Overall this was a perfect homestay experience and we would love to stay again.

La estadía de 3 noches, fantástica por el contacto con la naturaleza, la casa rústica de manera, combinación perfecta con la tecnología. Pequeños detalles que se supieron manejar muy bien, anfitrión siempre atento a cualquier requerimiento, que no fue necesario, he de precisar. Siempre con alternativas el lugar se presta para muchos momentos distintos y relajantes. El hecho de aceptar mascotas hacen que la distracción sea completa sin preocupaciones, la casa-viñedo tiene un perito extremadamente dócil “Acholado” un Braco marrón precioso. Las “bandadas” de colibrís en la zona eran una danza especial. Muy recomendable, algunos ajustes pero nada está al 100%. Disfrútenlo!!
