Great location, spacius, clean and good service. Great gym, sunny pool and beach area. Very good service from sweet Jelena. The contruction area near by did not disturb us and looked to be finished soon. Thank you!

Great place with a great view and a huge balcony and especially the towels presentation was great as well as the place was very clean and smelled good ! I will definitely stay again next time im in the city and the host was very responsive and check in was very easy !

We had a wonderful stay in Sebastian’s apartment. It is very spacious with spectacular views over the marina. Thank you to Joseph for all his help. He met us after our flight landed late and nothing too much trouble. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Muhanned’s Villa felt like home. I could describe Villa with Cleanliness, cozy, comfortable and other many things. Just for imagination, fridge with filled with plenty of daily used goods, coffee and tea were on spot for use. Even though, Muhanned provided snacks as part of gesture. Definitely, he was great host and never disappoint us during our stay. May ALLAH bless him.

شكراً فواز على الشقة الرائعة، مكان مثالي وشقة جميلة ومريحة جداً ، كان تواصلي مع صاحب الشقة فواز دائماً إيجابي ويرد خلال دقائق .. استمتعنا بالتجربة كاملة خصوصاً ان مول مراسي بجانب العمارة والمشي له دقايق فقط .. سوق البراحة وسوق التنين قريبين جداً على نفس الشارع وعلى بعد دقايق ايضاً .. سأكرر التجربة بالتأكيد Thank you, Fawaz, for the wonderful apartment. It’s a perfect location and a beautiful, very comfortable apartment. My communication with the owner, Fawaz, was always positive, and he responded within minutes. We enjoyed the entire experience, especially since Marassi Mall is right next to the building and just a few minutes’ walk away. Al Baraha Market and Dragon mall are also very close, on the same street, and just a few minutes away as well. I will definitely repeat the experience.

Wir hatten einige schöne Tage in der Wohnung, Pool ist schön zum erholen und die Wohnung hat ein sehr angenehmes Klima, scheinbar sehr gut isoliert. Supermarkt und Restaurants in der Nähe. Alle Fragen wurden superschnell und zuverlässig beantwortet. sehr empfehlenswert

Great place, not the best of view,. Big and nice appartement with necessary amenities to have a comfortable stay.

This was such a good find. The place is amazing, the views breathtaking and it's walking distance from really great beach clubs, or if you're happy to go to an unserviced beach, then it's right across the street. The apartment manager and his colleague met us downstairs to show us where to park, carried all our luggage upstairs and even unpacked our groceries. Just a side note, the place come with shower towels only, but no toiletries, extra toilet paper or kitchen basics like coffee, tea or any other condiments, so buy your own before you go and pack your own swim towels. The balconies with the incredible view and fresh air was a highlight, we really enjoyed our stay and would book here again anytime. Highly recommend.

Second time staying here, hosts are very professional. The apartment is very private, spacious and located at the heart of Dubai beside The Palm and a short drive to JBR. Access to the Pool, gym and private beach downstairs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a big spacious apartment and looking to relax and avoid loud surroundings.

All was amazingly great, enjoyed the stay and everything was perfect. Only one comment for improvement is to communicate after checkin, or have someone with local number to contact in case of any request or clarification.

Excelente ubicacion e inmejorable edificio. La empresa que maneja el piso lo hace bastante bien. Lo unico negativo a destacar es el equipamiento en general y de la cocina en particular. El duenio ha pagado usd2M por un piso y recanea en utensillos, cuchillos, platos, ollas. Hay un rejunte de sobras de casa de su madre y de su abuela. Imperdonable. Aunque sea compren en IKEA por favor!. Luego la caja de seguridad no esta adherida a la pared 'porque el duenio no quiere'. Volveria? a La Vie seguro, a este apartamento solo si no tengo otras opciones.

Had a great time with two kids in the Via Bahriya area and all the activities near by within a short Uber ride. The apartment itself has great amenities and especially laundry machine comes in handy with small kids. Would recommend it to other families with kids.

We’ve stayed at many places on the Palm, and this is one of the best. The apartment is wonderful, perfect for families with kids — thank you for a great stay! ☀️☀️☀️

Great place to stay and near the beach!

ما شاء الله تبارك الله الشقة كانت جدا مناسبة لنا وهذا واحنا كان عددنا ٩ اشخاص وكفتنا كلنا وكل واحد قدر ينام في مكان . اما من ناحية النظافة الشقة كانت نظيفة وشرحة. فيها بلكونه تطل على البحر.في النهاية اشكر مالك الشقة ( تركي ) شخص جدا محترم ولا قصر معنا ابدا وكان يرد علينا في الوقت الله يجزاه خير.

Everything was fabulous. This is indeed a fantastic apartment with insane views in an ideal location. Simon was very flexible and kind. It took us a bit to find the building entrance, but once we found it it was okay. The apartment was absolutely silent - it must have been built with amazing soundproofing walls; another amazing feature. Was walkable to everything. Thanks for a great stay!
