Very good and comfortabele apartments. Friendly personal in a nice surrounding. The rooms are clean and everything you need is available. Next time I will come back to this very good and friendly hotel.

This apartment is spacious, very clean, and comfortable. There are great pools, and kid’s playgrounds in the compound as well. It is very easy to grab a cab to go to city with a short ride as well. Rasim is very kind, and helpful, and he responds very quick. I really recommend this place for who wants to travel, or relocate in Abu Dhabi.

I had an extremely pleasant stay in a beautiful residential community. The private beach, private gym, and grocery store in the parking lot were all very convenient. The flat was very clean and comfortable, exactly as described. Sarbjeet Singh, the guest service team member, was very pleasant and always available to solve minor issues. I highly recommend staying here.

This stay has been an absolute dream. The apartment is so nicely decorated, with ample storage and appliances, the best location in JBR in terms of access to both JBR, the beach, and the Marina. I felt at home! I particularly enjoyed the seating areas in the living room and balconies. At the Plaza level (one level up the street), you have access to a nice pool, gym, supermarkets, pharmacies, spas and salons, even a medical clinic. Incredibly convenient! Adriana is an amazing host! She was incredibly responsive and helpful. Thanks to her guidance, my arrival and checkin was seamless, and she checked on me periodically to make sure my stay was going well. I am so thankful that Adriana shared this property on AirBnB and I am already looking forward to coming back, “inshallah”!

Nice apartment with everything you need and even more than at home. The kitchen is equipped with every detail, coffee, tea and drinking water, washing machine, dryer, iron and steamer, Dyson hair dryer! and other amenities. Lovely private area with a great pool, playgrounds and cafes. The host is always available and very responsive, gave detailed and convenient check-in instructions. Among the disadvantages - cleaning should be improved, there was hair everywhere on the floor. The building does not have the ability to open the windows, so there is no fresh air in the apartment. The elevator is a bit slow. A good place to stay can be recommended, suitable for families with kids.

Zamil is a great host and the location of the apt was on the spot, loads of options in and out of the bld, metro station 1 min away, no traffic to enter and leave the area, nice view, quiet place in a busy area, just great! The view was amazing! Loved that the place is close to the beach & restaurants and has an outdoor pool which my kids preferred because it was warmer than the sea water at that time. The building was surrounded by kid & teen friendly entertainment spots (ex: esports, laser games), 24-hr grocery store, pharmacy & a bar with billiards. The only thing that’s not good about the area was the heavy traffic but other than that, it’s close to perfect! I definitely recommend staying at this sea-themed cozy apartment. We’ll definitely be back!

Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .

Apartment with great location and wonderful view on the Gate Boulevard. The area is full of fine attractions and restaurant reachable on foot. The assistance was smooth and precise all time.
