Beautiful private cabin. Exceptionally clean and well stocked. We spent the weekend celebrating our daughter’s 40th birthday and all of us had a wonderful time.

If you’re looking for a retreat, this place is for you! You don’t hear any man made noises while at this home. The house was squeaky clean and very comforting, the outdoor living is just as nice. I would, and most likely will be staying here again. Everything was just excellent. Also the host checked up on us to see if we needed anything during the stay, and was also quick to respond to my few questions. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely beautiful place! One thing that really stood out was how spacious and comfortable it felt. Even with 18 people over, it never once felt cramped or overwhelming. The layout allowed everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves, while still feeling connected. It also felt very private, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. The sunsets were breathtaking, and the view from the property was something we’ll never forget. The hot tub was a highlight—perfectly clean and so relaxing. We also really appreciated the grill, which made cooking meals together easy and enjoyable. The backyard was fun to explore and added a nice touch of nature to our stay. The hospitality was top-notch, and everything was incredibly clean and well-maintained. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Thank you so much for hosting us—we had an absolute blast and would love to come back again!

Corey’s place was so peaceful and the perfect get away my family needed. As soon as we walked in, we felt right at home. The deck was one of my favorite parts! Morning coffee with the sunrise and evening cards and drinks. We also spent a lot of time by the fire pit and water. Not the best fishing right now because of the weather and flooding. But we will definitely be back!

This cabin was wonderful for our family of four. On the property was zip lining, hiking, a fire pit, and plenty of boardgames. Less than 20 minutes from sections of the Appalachian Trail, which we hiked as well. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Like many others, we would definitely come back and stay at Candie's place again.

The place is very peaceful and I like the way that it has a sign for guest to see before going inside the smaller road. The house is very clean. IT HAS EVERYTHING that I needed for a good, family time weekend. In addition, it is very spacious! Our dogs enjoyed walking around the place. The house is very clean. I also love the reading room. It was a perfect place to read a book while it rained. Audra was very responsive and very kind to us throughout our stay. I recommend this place 100% for anyone looking for a nice weekend getaway with family!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Very relaxing, beautiful cottage and east, smooth communication. It was perfect for our four person retreat weekend.

Great place to stay. It was beautiful. There is a bar/restaurant right down the road for those that don’t want to cook. I would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay :) was looking for some peace and quiet and it was just that. Directions were easy, very relaxing environment and spacious. We were looking for a place to be far enough from a busy road but also not too far from shopping centers. This was a good in between, there was a good 20-30 minutes from any stores/restaurants. The only thing I would advice is having shows/movies pre-downloaded. There is a hotspot but it seems like we booked at the end of the cycle, so there was little to no wifi until the new cycle started. I would come back during warmer weather and go tubing :)

A wonderfully peaceful and relaxing weekend getaway! The cabin was perfect and exactly what we were looking for - cozy, welcoming, clean and beautiful views. The running creek was so calming to listen to in the evening, the kitchen very well stocked and the festive lights on the front porch helped to guide the way when we were driving back in the evening. We had such a lovely stay here at Chubb Hollow Retreat! So spacious and clean and most of the bedrooms had private connecting bathrooms which was ideal for our extended family. The hot tub and fire pit were a hit on the cool evenings we had. We enjoyed checking out Lake Tobias the one day and Shine Coffee Co as well! Would definitely recommend booking a stay here!😊

Cute little place with plenty of natural light and beautiful flora and fawna to admire! Hosts were communicative and friendly. Would definitely recommend for folks looking for a small space for a trip--or those interested in the theme--host went all in! The road/drivewat really is steep, and we appreciated the forewarning.
