She litterly thought of everything, and had everything u need for the stay even down to a tooth brush and laundry soap. The place is so beautiful we didnt want to leave. She was so accommodating and helpful. I would recommend to anyone needing a beautiful place to relax.

This was an exceptional stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The house was not only immaculately clean but also incredibly comfortable—felt like a home away from home. Davida, our host, was an absolute gem! She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed, always so friendly and responsive. The neighbors were warm and welcoming, adding to the overall great vibe of the area. Leaving the house was a breeze, thanks to the straightforward and easy-to-follow instructions. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend!

This was a last minute stay for coworkers working in the Hazard, KY area. The few hotels in the area were completely booked. The rates were spot on and our employees enjoyed their stay. For two of them it reminded them of their Grandmother's home. They all enjoyed the history of the homeplace. It was peaceful and quiet, beds slept really well and it was easy to find. I have to keep this marked for future stays. Thank you for booking the stay at the last minute!

If you want a location that is country as a stick, this is it!!!! A rustic cabin sitting on top of a beautiful mountain, with breathtaking views! Perfect place for a family reunion or retreat. Pond fishing in the front yard, apple and peach orchards. Country barn with two sweet horses sits out in the distance. What a bargain for the peace and serenity! You’ll need to take your time going up the mountain! As with the cabin, it’s a rustic country road with beautiful scenery! Don’t worry about it though, William has assistance where needed. As for William and his wife, I’ve never met better people than them!
