Chase's home is in a quiet residential area in downtown Hazard. It is a well appointed home with all the amenities and has very comfortable beds. I felt very safe and sat on the porch in the evenings after working. The location is close to many eateries, gas stations, grocery stores and the local hospital. I will definitely book a return stay at this home on my next business trip to the area. Chase is a great host!

This was an exceptional stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The house was not only immaculately clean but also incredibly comfortable—felt like a home away from home. Davida, our host, was an absolute gem! She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed, always so friendly and responsive. The neighbors were warm and welcoming, adding to the overall great vibe of the area. Leaving the house was a breeze, thanks to the straightforward and easy-to-follow instructions. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend!

Very nice stay for a graduation weekend. Loved the porch and location on a beautiful creek.

The home was clean and everything is like new. The kitchen was stocked for all cooking needs. The internet worked great for being a minimal service area. We stayed for a weekend riding trip and the Leatherwood General Store is 7 minutes from the home and trail 232 is 2 minutes away. You can drive your SXS to all these locations! The creek behind the home is nice and peaceful with your morning coffee. The only thing to be mindful of is some of the roads coming to and leaving the home if you have a trailer are barely wide enough for a trailer and meeting another vehicle on these roads is almost impossible to maneuver. However this doesn’t affect the home. The stay was 5 stars.

James place is affordable, clean, comfortably with easy check in/out. Would recommend to anyone needing to stay in the area. He also provided us breakfast which we were very appreciated of. 😊 Thank you for opening your home to us.
