The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. Welcome to our home, you're at home! Charming 67 m2 apartment, bright, on the 8th floor in an extremely quiet residence. Triple exposure, stunning views of the Basilica of Fourvière and the Monts du Lyonnais. Opposite the Gallo-Roman Theatre, 2-minute walk to the Fourvière funicular, 10-minute walk to the Saint Jean district (historic center). Very easy to park for free, max 400 m from the apartment, spaces always available. In summer the apartment is cool and airy.

This house offers an ideal starting point to visit the city.Transport facilities(metro -funiculaire or bus) are at hand and will allow you to reach very quickly the old medieval Lyon, Bellecour, or the train station of Perrache.Even walking just in a few minutes you will be enjoying the magnificient view from the Fourvière basilica over the St Jean cathedral and the heart of the city or discover the ancient gallo-roman theater and "the Fourvière nights".

2-room apartment 5 minutes from Jean Macé (metro line B, tram T2), on the 1st floor with elevator, fully refurbished apartment composed of a bedroom with a 180 cm bed (king size) and closet, a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle...) a small bathroom with shower. The apartment overlooks the courtyard and is absolutely quiet. I live in the building myself and am therefore responsive if there is a question.
