The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Il est proche de la gare Part-Dieu, de Perrache, de la place Bellecour et très bien desservi (tramway, métro et bus à 7-10 min). Tout confort : chambre climatisée, Wifi (fibre optique), lave linge, TV (Netflix et Chromecast), frigo, four, micro-onde, cuisson induction 3 feux, machine nespresso, bouilloire, sèche-cheveux, table et fer à repasser, coffre fort. Linge de maison fourni.

Nid de calme absolu dans un des quartiers les plus animé et chic de Lyon. Idéale pour personne en déplacement professionnelle ou pour couple souhaitant découvrir la ville. Le logement est situé à pied à : -30 secondes des transports en commun et commerces. -15 min de la gare part-dieu/navette directe pour l'aéroport. -3 min du parc de la tête d'or poumon de la ville. -Cuisine entièrement équipée avec couteaux qui coupent :) -Quartier avec les meilleurs bars/restaurants/night-club de Lyon.

Local shops (butcher, baker, pharmacy, ATM, LIDL) within a radius of 150 m. Due to its size and layout, the apartment is ideal for 2 people but a maximum of 4 people can be accommodated there. I offer a fully equipped studio (22 m2) on the Presqu'île de Lyon. You'll appreciate it for its location in the city center, close to restaurants, and nightlife. It is a two-minute walk to Perrache SNCF train station, metro and tram. My place is good for solo travelers. I would like to point out to people with reduced mobility that the building's elevator is on the ground floor after 4 steps.
