We loved the modern furnished apartment. It is close to tram and bus stops, Lyon-Perrache train station is within walking distance. The room goes to a small green courtyard and is really very quiet. The property is highly recommended.

Incredible apartment, very warm, very nice lights, clean, well thought out in every detail and very good location, you can't do better! You can't even say it's a nice surprise since it's exactly as shown in the photos, but frankly the reaction when entering was still "wow!"

I had the best time at Marlène’s appartement. Very clear instructions on how to access the appartement and close to the the alliance française. I felt very safe walking through the neighborhood and everyone was very kind and friendly. Lots of local restaurants and grocery stores. Perfect place for me to continue my French studies. We had a delightful stay at this lovely apartment, which is in a fantastic location for our time in Lyon. Corrine was exceptionally accommodating with our check-in and check-out times, aligning them with our flight schedule, which was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this apartment.

Clement's apartment is easily accessible in the Quartier La Guillotière. We enjoyed every minute. The terrace is fantastic and the apartment super cute. We explored the city by bike (tip!), but it also has metro stations nearby. The supermarket around the corner has good products, there are bars, restaurants, a gelateria and even a tiny weekly market in sight. I'm sure we'll be back - it was great!

We arrived in a down pour and her partner met us and helped us get in the garage. Above and beyond! We took the metro and walked everywhere. Had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment which is so well located for discovering Lyon on foot. It is well appointed and there are so many places to eat and drink nearby so we did not need to do any cooking! It is an easy walk to Vieux Lyon and a haven after an active day. We definitely hope to return and we highly recommend this appartment.

Olivier was so delightful to deal with, very responsive and detailed! The spacious apartment was modern but also had old world charm in the large exposed beam and stone work. There were a few lovely restaurants within a 5-10 min walk and the old part of Lyon just a 20 minute walk away! He was so flexible when we arrived early and allowed us to drop our luggage so we could explore Vieux Lyon until check in. It was a bit warm as the AC hadn’t yet been activated but all the fans helped overcome that! Overall we would highly recommend this lovely property. Thank you Olivier!

I stayed here for three nights and have a few honest thoughts to share. First, the place itself is beautiful, and the location is ideal for anyone wanting to explore Lyon. However, I wasn’t able to check in early, even though this is a paid option offered by the host. I later found out it was because the cleaning was still in progress. In fact, even after I checked in, the cleaning was still ongoing. I was told the delay was due to an unauthorised party held by the previous guest, which made the extra cleaning understandable. On the plus side, the cleaning team—who seemed to be around my age—were super friendly, and we actually vibed quite well. One thing worth noting is that the house doesn’t have kitchen utensils(fork, spoons, knives) which might be a drawback for those planning to cook. Overall, a beautiful place with a great location, but a few things could be improved in terms of preparation and amenities.

Perfect location, easy to find and near a central green Park. So close to all kinds of public transportation: tram train and bus. In the neighborhood there are various restaurants and cafes. Sometimes there is noise coming from the common area but it is no big deal.

Gorgeous appartment in Lyon - easy to find and walkeable to Confluence. The accomodation was clean and has everything you need. Highly recommend if you're staying in Lyon!

Great accommodation near Lyon, accessible by transport (bus, tram...). Quiet residence and great, easy-to-use jacuzzi. We recommend! Thanks to Antoine who is a responsive and very friendly host.

The place was just perfect! Very well-equipped, clean, functional and as described. Everything is designed for the comfort of travelers: full kitchen, comfortable bedding, fast wifi, and even a few small touches on arrival. It feels like home. Responsive and welcoming host. I would recommend it blindly and would not hesitate to come back!

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed! A bakery 5 steps away, a small supermarket and a lovely little restaurant 10 steps away. Away from the crowds, still close to everything and with good connections. In Lyon, we loved most the Lumière brothers Film museum and museums telling about the silk industry.

Great one-night stay with friends. The accommodation and wellness area were perfect: clean and cozy, true to the listing. Independent check-in is great, with small touches upon arrival. Communication is impeccable: quick responses, clear instructions and exchanges with the host very friendly. We recommend this listing for a relaxing time 🙂
