The apartment has a very good location. It is beachfront and the place is very quiet.

Roberta is an excellent hostess, welcomed us very well and stayed at the disposal all the time. The house is a cute, just like the photos. Bedding and bathing clothes clean and smelling, house clean, and utensils working perfectly.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, the location is very close to the beach, we walked there every day, the bakery, supermarket and a gallery are very close to the rental! Safe house, spacious garage, new utensils! I recommend and would come back more often!

The space is very organized and has all the necessary items for a great stay! My husband, pet and I loved the place, we had a barbecue and enjoyed the beach, which is very close. I hope to return to the space soon.

I went with family, friends and children, and the space was delicious for us to be all together and connected even in different environments. One of the suites has a wonderful large bathtub, and the location is perfect. Close to everything on foot. Victor and Nicole were always very polite, attentive, and available to help with everything that was needed, including check-in and checkout, as there were no reservations for those days, they made it easier to let us in earlier and leave later.

The house is very good, very spacious, the decor is beautiful. The location is perfect, it is close to a beach that is great, but with easy access to other beaches. Close to markets, wineries... Ronald is very polite and helpful, whenever I needed it he made himself available and helped us. The house has small details that do not detract from it or even diminish the experience, but if corrected it would make it excellent! It was worth it.

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

The house is just spotless! Everything is extremely clean and well taken care of, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The best home we've ever stayed in Guarujá!! The Giovanni house is perfect, in perfect condition equal to the photos, very well airy, totally complete, accommodated well 8 people, wonderful location, close to trades, the corner bakery has everything you may need, in addition to the Sugar Loaf market in the shopping mall a 5 minute walk or Extra a 5 minute drive, super close to the beach, you can walk quietly, everything perfect, Giovanni was very flexible with the check in and Mr. Zezinho is also super adorable, the neighborhood is very quiet, it was wonderful days, we will return soon! Simply fantastic accommodation of Mr. Gustavo, inside the condominium that brought us a lot of security and tranquility, very airy and large house, very nice pool, excellent barbecue space, stove inside and outside the house and a large table for meals outside the house, 2.5 km from the most beautiful beach in Guarujá (Ilha do Mar casado). I highly recommend it.
