Our lovely studio flat is on the basement floor of a new building,it is located right behind the marina, in the town center. The flat is 2minutes walk from the sea, right by all the restaurants, close to the museum and 5minutes walk from the main supermarket. The place is ideal for a couple with or without children, single traveler,business traveler... It has a lovely walking bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, a very fresh feel all year round as it's on the basement and a very cosy atmosphere !!

A cozy sleeping area features a spacious bed with white bedding and multiple pillows. Light wood flooring complements the warm tones of the walls and cabinetry. A piece of art hangs above the bed, while a rug adds texture to the floor. A closet is visible along one wall.

What you are looking at is a villa with five apartments. All of them have breathtaking view. The house is kind of seperated from the other buildings so it is a quiet place and has a lot of space to park. It is 5 to 7 minutes by car from the center of the city, 3 to 5 min by car from the castle of lekures and 10 to 15 min by car from the best beaches (including ksamil island). This one apartment is on the second floor of the house, new built and nicely furnished.

The living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a colorful table set for meals. A fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, and natural light fills the space through large windows adorned with sheer blue curtains.
