We enjoyed our stay. The spacious living area and fun amenities were very helpful as we hosted our family this Christmas. The home had easy access and was clean. It was quiet this time of year and the view of the falls leaves on the mountain were stunning! The cabin was clean and well-stocked. Communication was a breeze and the hosts lovely! Loved our stay at Joan’s place. My two daughters and I were in town for my daughters 21st birthday, her place was close enough to some many places that we had an abundance of options to choose from. Her place is very peaceful ! The weather didn’t corporate for us but we still managed to get in a nice 10 minute walk to the Lake from her place. The house had everything we needed for a weekend stay , including games and cards which we did use ! She is very thoughtful and kind adding a few personal touches and she made checking in and out pleasant !! Her place was the perfect size for us and although we didn’t get a chance to use the yard , deck or fire pit it’s all definitely an added bonus! Would recommend and would stay again.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at Jan's Lake Ontario Style House! This beautiful, quintessential home embodies the perfect vacation feel and boasts stunning views of the lake. The property is amazing, and the high-end hot tub house with its incredible view is a real highlight of the stay-- perfect for a relaxing retreat, especially in March when it's cold and gloriously windy! The house itself is beautifully appointed, with every amenity you could need. Don't worry if you think you’ve forgotten something—Jan has provided everything you could imagine! The kitchen was a joy for both cooking and baking, and the dining room offered spectacular views to enhance every meal. Jan was an exceptional host, sending us daily recommendations that led us to wonderful antique shopping and cozy cafes. We also enjoyed a short drive to Rochester, just over 30 minutes away, where we explored museums and had an amazing meal at a local restaurant. We hope to be back soon!

A++++Cannot say enough about this rental. So clean- it was basically a hotel room but as a house in the countryside. Every amenity possible, welcome basket, even extra toothbrushes etc. checkin was a breeze- even early because we arrived sooner than expected. Hosts were lovely and proactive with everything and anything with the home. Will be staying here again and again.

Earl and Sara were by far the BEST hosts I’ve ever had. The house was perfect, with a fully stocked kitchen for all cooking needs, toiletries in case they were forgotten, cards and board games, and a beautiful spot on the lake. Check in was a breeze, everything was perfectly clean, and it was the perfect getaway. The thing that stood out the most was how available and communicative they were. They checked in throughout the week, and answered promptly whenever we needed to reach out. Highly highly recommend this house with Earl and Sara as your host, you will not regret it!

Thanks so much, Merry for letting us stay at this place. The house is amazing, it's clean and peaceful and has everything you would need to make the stay wonderful. We had our 10 month old baby with us, and Merry made sure there's a high chair and a pack n play for the baby. The house could use a refill on some coffee and some bath essentials, but overall I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for an accessible and beautiful place to stay near the finger lakes! Would definitely stay here again if I am visiting finger lakes, thanks again for hosting us!

With a modern mansion layout the home still gives a cozy family friend environment The master bedroom suite was a pleasant surprise!! The host was amazing her communication was top notch. I would definitely visit again and recommend you experience this location for yourself!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean, cozy and comfortable. In fact my 11-year-old said it was the best sleep of his life away from home! It was the perfect space for our family of four. The kitchen is enormous and has everything you would need. The highlight is being right on the beach. Morning walks out on Irondequoit pier were private and peaceful. Kristin and Patrick were very kind and responsive when we had a few questions. I would definitely recommend this house for your next Rochester visit. I plan on returning!

Excellent! We celebrated Easter there and the home was perfect! The downstairs bedroom and bathroom right next door was perfect for my 82 year old mom! When I tell you our family felt at home is an understatement. The home was so welcoming and comfortable! So fresh and clean! Fully stocked kitchen, I bought so many of my own items to use just in case but I didn't need to. They literally had everything! Beds were so comfortable and plenty of towels! Nice fenced in backyard for our little Cockapoo. The two livingrooms perfect spacing for young and older individuals to enjoy themselves. Excellent communication before, during, and after our stay! We will definitely look to stay there in the future, my son has at least 2 more years left at RIT. Thank you for making our Easter weekend Perfect!

If you are reading this review right now, book it! No, seriously! Sarah's place is absolutely beautiful! It's spacious, private, and very well-stocked. The master bedrooms bed on the first floor is literally the best bed I have ever slept on!! I normally start my days around 730am but that bed was so comfortable, I ended up waking up around 10am to 11am throughout my entire stay! It's definitely the best sleep I have ever had. I can rave about that bed all day! The downstairs space was a big hit for my teenager. If you have pets, the hosts provides dog toys and even a bin to throw away the waste. It was way too windy on one of the days we stayed, so the spacious garage came in handy to play cornhole and we had a blast! Stores, gyms, winery's, and more are close by. The sun rises and sunsets everyday are out of this world! I highly recommend staying here! Great hosts, beautiful house with stunning views and the gorgeous Canandaigua Lake close by....it's all so worth it!

We spent the week of Thanksgiving at Noel’s place. It was super clean and comfortable. I enjoyed walking to the lake and watching the GIANT squirrels in the backyard. The Wi-Fi was out when we visited, but Noel took care of us! Can’t wait to return in the summer!

Perfect spot for our family of 5 for a conference in town. Cheryl was so proactive with her communication on our rental, which was helpful and timely! The house was just as the pictures indicated. The neighborhood was quiet and close to grocery, shopping and all that you may need. The house amenities included all that you would need for your stay. I would recommend.

The apartment was very clean and cozy! I felt right at home at Jane's place. Speaking of Jane- she is phenomenal! Very responsive and a caring individual! She left us welcome gifts from local spots and everything she left was delicious and she recommended some great local places as well. My husband and I will definitely be returning and are super thrilled we had such a lovely getaway and lovely host!

Lindsey's place was a wonderful location for a getaway with my friends! The condo was beautiful, clean, tidy, organized, well decorated, cute, and comfortable! And wow, the view of Canandaigua lake in the morning from the living room is stunning! So close to Canandaigua and Naples and cute places to visit! Lindsey was so communicative, making sure we had everything we needed ahead of time and during our stay, and was such a pleasure to talk to! I highly recommend Lindsey's condo and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

I highly recommend Elizabeth's place. It was clean and comfortable and located within walking distance of Blue Cross Arena. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Elizabeth was responsive and we loved her place. we would definitely stay here again!

We would love to be back when it's warmer to take advantage of the outdoor amenities and convenient walking location.
