House vacation rentals in Pergola

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this gorgeous villa! The view was breathtaking, and it felt like a home that has been truly cared for and loved by the owners. Rosella was a wonderful host, so kind and responsive. She even left us olive oil from her farm and other thoughtful treats. The villa was private, peaceful, incredibly clean, and equipped with everything we needed and more. It’s also in a great central location for day trips to explore the area. Truly a gem, we loved every moment and didn’t want to leave! We hope to return in the future.

Pure Erholung im Olivenhain! Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen, traumhaft schönen Urlaub in der Villa Claudia verbracht. Die Villa liegt umgeben von Olivenbäumen, einem Feigenbaum und weiteren Obstbäume als auch Agaven, erhöht, wodurch man einen tollen Blick auf die Landschaft hat, inmitten der Natur und sehr privat (nachts ist dies etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - vor allem als Stadtmensch - da man tatsächlich keine Nachbarn hat, sondern nur Natur). Mit dem Auto erreicht man innerhalb weniger Minuten die Ortschaft San Lorenzo in Campo, in der es verschiedene kleinere Supermärkte als auch Cafés gibt. Der Salzwasser-Pool, den wir jeden Tag zum Schwimmen und Abkühlen nutzten, war unser Highlight. Die Villa ist eigentlich ein rustikales Landhäuschen mit allem, was dazu gehört. Die gesamte Villa war super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Obergeschoss gab es Klimaanlagen in allen Schlafzimmern, aber nicht im Untergeschoss bzw. Wohnzimmer, Küche, ...(dort stand ein Ventilator zur Verfügung).

Wij zijn met ons gezin hier een weekje geweest en hebben genoten van het ruime huis en heerlijke zwembad. We waren hier tijdens een hittegolf (38/39) dus waren erg blij met het zwembad met duikplank en er was water speelgoed voor de kinderen. omdanks de hitte en het gebrek aan airco bleef het appartement goed bewoonbaar omdat het goed geisoleerd is en je kunt de luiken goed sluiten om de zon buiten te houden. Wij hebben geen andere gasten gezien en Roberta woont beneden maar hebben we ook haast niet gezien. het huis is erg modern en heeft een hoge kwaliteit afwerking, ook zijn de ramen/kozijnen voorzien van horren. Veel leuke plaatsjes in de buurt, we raden een trip naar Asissi (40m) zeker aan! bedankt Roberta voor een heerlijke week!

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

Perfekte Oase für einen Familienurlaub Die Lage ist einfach herrlich – abgeschieden und ruhig, weit weg von der Hektik des Alltags. Das weitläufige Grundstück ist ein echtes Highlight: Es gibt schöne Pergolas, die zum Essen, Spielen und Entspannen im Freien einladen. Der Pool ist fantastisch – er wird täglich gereinigt, bietet bequeme Liegen und ausreichend Sonnenschirme. Besonders schätzten wir, dass das gesamte Grundstück eingezäunt ist, was es ideal für Haustiere macht. Die Schlafzimmer sind charmant eingerichtet, mit bequemen Betten, die für erholsamen Schlaf sorgen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Auch die Sauberkeit war top – mit einer gründlichen Zwischenreinigung nach einer Woche. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die schnelle und kompetente Beantwortung all unserer Fragen, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Alles in allem war es der perfekte Ort für einen unvergesslichen Familienurlaub, den wir wärmstens weiterempfehlen können.

Maison très agréable à vivre, extrêmement calme, avec une vue superbe sur le lac Trasimène. Elle est située de manière excellente, puisque en 30 à 60 minutes de voiture on est aussi bien à Pérouse, Assise, Arezzo, Sienne et tant de belles autres villes. Et, pour qui préférera se promener à pied ou en vélo, le tour du lac fait presque 60 km ! Last but not least, Sergio est très sympathique, plein d'attentions mais tout à la fois très discret, et en homme de culture il vous donnera tous les renseignements que vous souhaiteriez. Pour une location au coeur de l'Ombrie et du sud toscan, ne cherchez pas ailleurs, c'est ici qu'il faut venir. Annette et Michel

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille

Nous avons passé un séjour magique chez Sally. Communication facile et agréable. Région magnifique. Tous les ingrédients réunis pour un séjour inoubliable. Nous vous conseillons chaleureusement le restaurant Simone Corsetti - Ai Girasoli di Sant'Andrea. Vous ne serez pas déçus !

Mara è una host attenta disponibile, generosa e accogliente. Il posto è bellissimo, molto tranquillo lontano dal caos cittadino. Un' esperienza da raccomandare

Ci siamo stati per il ponte dei santi in famiglia, appartamento bello grande e arredamento nuovo ! Come foto! Bel panorama in un contesto tranquillo, comodo per visitare i borghi , Recanati e Loreto! Parcheggio nel cortile di casa!

De casa is een geweldig huis, met alles wat nodig is. Veel privacy en prachtig uitzicht. Nicolien, Tom en Sophie zijn geweldige gastvrouwen/heer. Ze zijn vriendelijk en zeer geïnteresseerd in hun gasten. Bovendien hebben ze veel suggesties voor de omgeving, zowel cultureel als digestief. Van harte aanbevolen. Grote dank Theo en Alice

The photos do not do Casa Isa justice - it is so much more than what is shown. We enjoyed the home and the location. It was more than we hoped for. Laura was quick to respond and gave us recommendations from restaurants, grocery stores and parking. We will return and we’re telling all of our friends!

Vi havde en fantastisk uge i Casa Trasimonte, hvor vi nød huset, poolen, terrassen og udsigten. Huset er rigt udstyret, så vi spiste en del hjemme. Vi spiste også på den lokale restaurant Lo Scoliotto, hvor udsigten og maden er god. I Tuoro spiste vi med flot udsigt over søen. Selve Largo Trasimeno var lidt af en skuffelse. Ikke at se på (virkelig smuk), men ikke indbydende ift. at bade i. Vi løb gode ture i bjergene omkring huset, og mødte en smuk dyrediversitet. Alt i alt en stor anbefaling fra os.

Très bel espace composé de plusieurs chambres, une grande cuisine et un salon - salle à manger séparés. Espace mi-enterré, particulièrement adapté pour les mois chauds. Place de stationnement privée devant le logement. Appartement mieux équipé (équipement de cuisine et vaisselle) que tout ce que nous avons vu auparavant et même que ce que nous avons chez nous ! Très bonne literie. En saison froide, chauffage des chambres (et indirectement de la cuisine) avec la ventilation / climatisation, et du salon avec un four à pellets automatique). Rien à dire de négatif.

Wir Waren zwar nur auf der Durchreise und haben eine Schlafmöglichkeit gebraucht, war aber nichtsdestotrotz ein schöner Aufenthalt. Kleines, süßes Zimmer, sauber und gemütlich. Ruhige Umgebung, Parkplatzmöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich. Hat uns gut gefallen.

Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

Come già anticipato da altre recensioni, la casa è davvero magnifica e ben curata. Dalla camera da letto al bagno, fino alla sala da pranzo, tutto è dotato di ogni comfort necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno in completo relax. Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo potuto godere della splendida vista delle montagne semplicemente aprendo la finestra della cucina ed evitando l'afa estiva di casa nostra. Inoltre, tutto intorno è possibile fare piacevoli passeggiate immersi nella natura, nel silenzio e al fresco. È importante notare che per raggiungere la casa è indispensabile avere un’auto. Per quanto riguarda la ricezione del telefono consiglio di posizionare il telefono nella zona della finestra della cucina o sopra il frigorifero. La nostra permanenza è stata segnata da qualche disavventura, ma Laurence e Leonardo sono stati incredibilmente disponibili e pronti ad aiutare. Non posso che consigliare vivamente Casanelli! Grazie mille ragazzi per la splendida ospitalità!

The view the view bloody hell this view is gorgeous. Better than any Tuscan hillside I’ll tell you that. What’s more Paolo and his whole family with their Italian charm made us feel connected to Le Marche. Beautiful lakes nearby & incredible beaches in the national park an hour away in the ancona province. Notable restaurants to recommend would be: Bar-Chiosco-Trattoria Valleverde at a nearby lake or ristorante dal Silvio which is where the best beaches are. We finished the trip with a pizza night using Paolos oven. The whole family came as well as our neighbours from Milan. Great place definitely recommend 💎❤️❤️

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines à 5 (2 adultes et 3 enfants) Le cadre est idyllique. La maison est grande ainsi que la piscine. Alex et Prya sont hypers réactifs et font tout pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Hôte et logement hautement recommandables. Que du positif. Pour les propriétaires d’un véhicule électrique, le logement dispose d’une borne domestique Tesla. Recharge de 7km par heure environ. Umbertide dispose de chargeurs rapides en face du supermarché COOP.

Siamo stati solo una notte dunque non ho un’esperienza di lunga durata. Non c’è stato nessunissimo problema, l’host super disponibile e reattiva e la casa bellissima immersa nella campagna.

This place is pretty special. This is a very old home so very charming but you do have to get used to the downstairs shower (tricky regulating water temp and slow draining shower floor). The upstairs bathroom is gorgeous with the best view, I just wish it had a shower curtain so the bathtub could also easily work as a shower. We took lots of photos of the beautiful old architectural details inside the home. We spend several afternoons lazing by the gorgeous pool in the lovely outdoor space. We even used the outdoor shower a couple mornings. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We could sign in to our Netflix account to watch movies on the TV in the evenings after watching the gorgeous sunsets. The Grotto restaurant, not too far away by car, was fabulous.

This place is amazing. We spent two weeks here and had the best time. The house is as pictured and very thoughtfully setup with all the amenities; heated pool, double dishwashers, double washing machines, great linens, plenty of hot water, etc. We had our two small children with us and the house is very well setup for kids - books, toys, cribs, changing tables. Even baby monitors and mosquito nets for the cribs! The town nearby is very quaint and we loved going to the bakery and letting our son explore the town. Anything significant (wineries, lots of restaurants, groceries, etc is >20 mins away so you certainly need a car and will do some driving). The only downside are the bugs, but you are in the country so this is to be expected. We had a hard time keeping the rooms cool because a few of the screens had rips in them so the bugs got in if we opened the windows. Anna was responsive and helpful in planning and during our stay we used the on-site contact. We want to go back!

Ich war mit meiner Familie für eine Woche in der bezaubernden Unterkunft. Bei Ankunft hat uns die Gastgeberin den Schlüssel überreicht und uns alles gezeigt. Besonders der große Pool und der atemberaubende Blick auf den Lago Trasimeno von der oberen Etage des Hauses aus haben uns gefallen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Umbrien und haben die Umgebung in Tagestrips erkundet. Bei Fragen und Problemen hat uns die Gastgeberin immer freundlich weitergeholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Très belle maison avec tout le nécessaire (même plus) à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La maison est un peu éloignée des restaurants/activités disponibles dans la région mais cela vaut le coup d’y séjourner au vu du calme, de la belle vue depuis la terrasse et de la maison superbe
