Easy to follow instructions. Place was clean, and cozy for our family.

Over all we had a great stay at Stuart’s place. We had plenty of space in the house to accommodate our party. Our favorite part was definitely the outdoors, the water front was perfect for my kids to go fishing in the morning and evenings. The little beach down the road was also great, too bad the weather was chilly and we didn’t get a chance to enjoy. The only issue we had was that the house was not ready at check in, we were told by the cleaning staff that the previous guest had left late there for we had to wait until she was done to get in the house, about 35 minutes late.

This place is a knockout. Incredible architectural design, very spacious, comfortable beds, and epic view of the Cumberland River (we even watched a barge go by). Would absolutely book it again.

Spent a week in the appartment with my family. A lot of board games, pool table etc. 30 Minutes from Broadway. Matthew was always responding real quick to my questions and also helped us print tickets for a show.

This was a great stay! I will be booking again.

Lisa was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The house was the nicest AirBNB we’ve ever been in and during a different stay with different weather the playset, pool, and hot tub would’ve been perfect amenities for this location to serve as a good stay-cation location. We’ll definitely consider again if we’re in this neck of the woods. Thank you Lisa!

The Lucids’ family are good people, we truly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is so peaceful and friendly. We went on a walk with the kids and every single person waved at us and said hi. Throughout our stay it was so refreshing when Greg kept reaching out to see if we need anything. They even gave us a welcome wine with a nice card. This is the best Airbnb in the Nashville area. Highly recommend staying with them if you are ever in Nashville. Thank you!

A beautiful house, outside of town. Perfect place to enjoy your day out and about and then come back to relax away from it all.

We loved our time on the farm. As so many other people have said, this place is great if you’re traveling with younger kids, since the farm has animals and places for them to explore. The space itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. The farm was beautiful and peaceful but close enough to Nashville to be able to get to everything we wanted to see. And Lori was so hospitable and kind! We really enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay again, and would highly recommend it to anyone coming to the area.

Cute, cozy & clean cottage. We saw a friendly herd of deer as we left. Navigating the driveway took skill to turn our compact car; the video helped. We walked the boardwalk from the Mallard Point Park in Hendersonville to Moby Dicks for delicious seafood and friendly service.

Loved the pool set up! Easy drive to Nashville for a couple days we did down there yet far enough away that we were very secluded. My husband, father, and brother-in-law loved being right on the lake to fish.! There are multiple deer that visited us on the property and we saw a few eagles as well

The houseboat is great. I never knew living right on the water could look so beautiful. Every time I looked out the window there was something different to see. We saw everything from deer to turtles to cranes and everything in between. Would recommend if you want to see nature and have a peaceful oasis to view it.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail and the effort Daniel put into making sure we had everything we needed were exceptional. What an amazing stay !! Janette was very helpful and very responsive! Super kind and her place was amazing and omg there were so many towels!! The kitchen was full stocked with whatever you would need to cook. The place was so cozy and well decorated, me and my guests had a wonderful time staying and would 10/10 recommend to stay there !! The property is beautiful with a wonderful little creek running through the back porch area just a fantastic place ! Also the master bathroom was insane!! Thanks Janette for a wonderful experience !! We where a group of 9 and it was super comfortable for all of us !

Charming home with character in a very desirable and convenient neighborhood. House had a terraced back yard which led right up to Love Hill - with incredible views from the top. Nice touches inside - loved the nostalgic games, records and old movie cameras from the 60s. Plenty of space for our large family to enjoy. Would definitely recommend.

We loved staying here! The location is no more than 15-20 minutes away from everything which was great. The WiFi kept going out here and there but any time I messaged her to ask a question, she responded quickly and was so kind. Would stay here again, for sure.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

The living room and kitchen were a great space for our family to hang out after spending the day in Nashville. The location was peaceful and the shower had good water pressure. The third bedroom bed was not as comfortable, but the other sleeping accommodations were good. The hosts were quick to reply and very friendly. Overall, great stay!

This was the perfect place for a Nashville getaway! It is 4 bedroom 3 bathroom, but two separate houses. It ended up working out perfectly. Both houses were extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need. The location was peaceful and beautiful. Only a 25 minute drive to downtown. Will definitely stay again if we come back.

I would definitely stay at this place again. We had a group of 10, mostly women, staying for my daughters 21st birthday. I chose this place because it was near Percy Priest Lake, which is very beautiful, and I wanted something to do besides going on the Nashville strip. We visited the waterpark, which was great, and we were going to rent a pontoon, but it rained the next day. The bedrooms are very spacious, and has lots of closet space. There are a lot of nice touches in the rooms like lighted full length mirrors, and hampers. The enclosed screen porch was definitely a nice quiet place for my devotion time and coffee in the morning. This place was like home, because we had everything we needed. Heidi was very responsive, and a pleasure to communicate with. We will see you next time we visit Nashville!
