Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Perak Tengah District

Haniza was very hospitable and friendly. She kindly accommodated our request for a baby chair and she hand delivered the keys to us as we had to rush for a birthday dinner. She was very attentive - checking in with us to see if everything was okay, replenishing items in the house, and answering our queries promptly - even leaving us a lovely gift! The place was very complete and spacious - the washer and dryer were very convenient, and the kitchen had everything you would need. A perfect place for families!

The unit is spotlessly clean, spacious and fully equipped. Quiet surroundings. Balcony with the sea view. Near to Aeon mall, Lotus, TF supermarkets and restaurants. 15min away from Teluk Batik, Marina Island. Host is kind, friendly and helpful. Easy deal.

The premise is very cozy & feels like home. The interior design was great also. For those with many luggage, suggest to unload at the lobby first before parking your vehicle as the parking lot is quite a distance from the premises.

This is my 2nd time stay, everything still maintains good, clean apartment and friendly host.

Worth to stay here. The unit offers a good price with what it should be. The owner is also very responsive; my messages were entertained shortly by her. There were 4 rooms which were convinient for up to 12 pax. The only two issues that I encountered during my stay (which were not related to the unit) were, first, the surrounding places were more Chinese-friendly-based and very limited options for Malay-Muslim restaurants (but there is a very fantastic walking-distance pastry shop in front of the condominium). Second, the management was very strict regarding the rules for swimming pool. Overall, the homestay was very superb!

Our stay at Meng Lee’s place was absolutely wonderful! The house had all the necessary facilities, making it feel just like home. Meng Lee’s was incredibly considerate, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions. The welcoming snacks were such a thoughtful touch and made us feel even more comfortable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

Very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The guards were friendly and nice-spoken. My kids enjoyed the pool very much. The host was very helpful and fast to respond. Definitely will come again.

Chong was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. The place itself was very clean and very homely. Definitely worth the price of booking. My family felt very comfortable here and would likely book again when we come back to visit sitiawan.

when you start to get to the house the condition of the house is very clean and the facilities are all available. There is a fun swimingpool for children to bathe in. best to vacation at this place. thank you also makes things easier from the start smpai balikk very recommeded
