Been staying in Manhattan Condominium most of the time when i'm back to Ipoh for a visit. The location is convenient and accessible for my visits in Ipoh. There are kopitiam, mamak and convenience store which is walking distance. This is the 1st time i'm staying in Jacky's place which my family is pretty happy and satisfied with the apartment choice especially my mom.

The condominium is very nice. The place is comfortable and privacy and near the swimming pool and then this house very close to the nearest restaurant and shop and the condominium very very recommended

The best place i have been in Champs Elysees. it is a very cozy place, you just do not want to get out from it. The bedsheet smells great and i hope they keep the quality of the unit the same. This will be my go to place now whenever i am in Kampar. There is just a slight bad smell from the bathroom , that could be due to the drainage pipe (which is kinda normal in Apartment/Condominium). The Wifi is intermittent (sometimes On , sometimes off). The mattress is kinda softer a bit.

Nice place to stay if u going for a stay at kampar

The unit is big and can fit a family of 8 to 10. 26th floor and it was at center of the town. We had a great stay. Will come again.

Nice apartment with beautiful view from balcony is a very nice quiet area within walking distance to everything in the area

its was a good holiday and thank you Ms siew for being a wonderful host. the place is 20 mins away from Marina jetty, very near to Aeon, TF VALUE MARK n near the town. woll definitely book with her again. Ms siew's unit is highly recommended.

Amenities are well prepared for traveller from kitchen, toiletries, bedroom and entertainment. Perhaps, things to improve is the toilet door, sometime not easy to close. Other than that, it's perfect

Nick’S place was great, same as picture, bedroom with 2 double and 1 single bed, living area 2 double bed, 1 single bed. Basic kitchen utensils with microwave, no fridge, spacious and good for kids playing and running, maybe bedroom can added a thick curtain, using roller blind not enough to block sunlight, woke up at 7am since the bright sunlight directly appears to our face, others was great! Nick is a very thoughtful host, very considerate on us, we really appreciate how nick handle our issues very well. Thank you nick. P/s: please stated how many person coming, since airbnb charge according to how many person staying for cleaning and service fee, (I just find out on this from nick too)

On top of that, the host was very attentive and helped us replace the iron when it wasn’t working. They quickly provided a new one without any hassle, ensuring we stayed comfortable throughout our stay. Small gestures like this made us feel truly appreciated, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Great stay! The accommodation was clean, spacious and comfortable. Our host was responsive, flexible and friendly. The location was not crowded and calm. It was next to the ferry to Pangkor. We stayed for one month and had a great time in Lumut. Thank you. Highly recommended!

去utar蛮靠近，早餐，午餐非常方便，就在楼下，食物也不错，晚餐就比较难一点点

great place to stay with family / friends.

This place is veeeery delight. When wake up in the morning, you can see the sea and ships passing in the full window. No mosquito. Just open the window. No need to turn on aircon. When stand on balcony, hornbill and monkeys flying on the trees under the apartment. All things were well set and convenient. Everyone will love this place.

Very prompt response from host! Being patient and guided me patiently despite me being lost in direction. The house was very clean and superb as well. Immediately you will feel at home. Beds and furniture are new as well, with a few spares in the cupboard. Currently is still a new neighborhood but there are students staying there which makes the newly developed place more happening. Host will also make sure you like the place by placing a few selection of coffee for those coffee lovers. :-) Cleanliness 10/10.

Good homestay for travelling

Don't be turned off by the worn-out looking exterior of the block, the unit is quite good. Just remember to check with host whether you will be getting a sea view, garden view and at which floor - because the photos may not depict the exact unit you will be getting.
