Congratulations Hlias for the amazing place! Everything is just like in the photos! The place is very close to the White Tower (which can also be seen from the balcony) and you have everything at walkable distance (i.e., tourist attractions, supermarkets, bus station, restaurants, caffès, pastries). The host is very responsive, helpful and suuper friendly and makes sure that you enjoy the stay. I went there with my Mum and we really recommend staying to this cozy home away from your home!

We had a great stay. Place is just across the most beautiful part of Agia Triada beach, where the beach is wide. There is always enough parking in front of the building, neighbours are so nice, they even served us home made cakes, and invited our kids to play with their children, you have a feeling that you are guest in a community of a kind. Dimitris is very responsive and agile, he provided all the important information in a timely manner. The place is not luxury, but it has all commodities you may need. Bathroom is quite new, and kitchen is much better equiped then in average accomodation in Greece. You will find plenty of cooking utensils, plates, dishes, everything you need. Beds are very comfortable, although a bit small for European standards, but that is the same in whole Greece. It is very peaceful at night, you can only hear sounds from nature and one can really relax. Balconies are great, with sea view and a lot of space. We really enjoyed staying at Dimitris's place.

What an amazing place to stay, the chilling atmosphere grows on you and it's beautifully furnished. Absolutely loved the steps into the sea and the empty beach, our kids played there for hours despite the cold. Spyros responded to all our questions immediately and made it all super easy and relaxing for us. If you are looking to switch off and recharge your batteries, this is the best place to stay ❤️

Great host, amazing place and location!

Giannis was a lovely host. He met us at check-in and showed us around the house. He was friendly and welcoming, sharing clear instructions. He sent us recommendations for restaurants and informed us where to buy our groceries. Giannis also replied to my queries quickly and sorted things immediately. The house is comfortable and cosy with all the amenities we needed. There's open plan living downstairs, but with distinct sections between the kitchen, dining table and lounge. The rooms are clean and fresh. The kitchen has good appliances, plus we did laundry in the washing machine in the upstairs bathroom. The TV has a Smart Hub, so we could watch Amazon Prime. The floors are all tiled, so guests may want to bring slippers for the cold or flipflops for summer to walk indoors. The water and heating worked well. It was easy to find, with plenty of parking. The area is quiet and the house is setback from the road, so no car noise. We enjoyed our stay and plan to book here again.

The location was great, walking distance to everywhere and there are many places around. The house was great, just as it looks in the photos. The view was also great. 7 of us stayed comfortably. The communication of the host was also good. I definitely recommend it.

We stayed in the triangle house for one night, the experience was fantastic!!The house was wonderful , smelled clean both the interior of the house but also all the linens the towels the sofa covers! impeccable layout awesome organization the communication with the host was what anyone would ask for immediately friendly and all instructions very clear!The outdoor area is thoughtful , organized with pillows lighting throughout the garden and in the common areas, a small paradise next to Thessaloniki !Bravo for the so thoughtful work you've done and for the love for what you do because it shows!!! We stayed at this wonderful place for the second time, and it was just as amazing as we remembered. The tranquility and unique charm make it the perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind and relax. The surroundings are serene, and the peaceful atmosphere allowed us to fully recharge. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We can't recommend this place enough and look forward to returning again in the future.

Maria and George were excellent hosts. They stayed in communication with us from the very beginning of the booking. The Villa was very charming and felt very private. It definitely felt like it was off the beaten path. Our kids loved playing in the hot tub and pool, even though the pool was not heated. We were traveling to Turkey to see family and decided to stop in Greece for a few days. We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but it appears that much of the little beach town closes down after the summer season. We thought there would be more restaurants & cafes within walking distance, but with George’s recommendations, we did find some nice restaurants & cafes in the nearby little town of Nea Kallikrateia. Maria & George welcomed us with a stocked refrigerator & they even offered to cook us a meal! There was a good pizza restaurant that was open in Nea Irakleia that we walked to. We drove to Thessaloniki one day & a stunning beach about 1 1/2 hours away called Kavourotrypes Beach.

We had a wonderfully relaxing vacation at the Angelbay Bungalows. The complex is very well designed and you immediately feel very comfortable. Also recommended with small children.

If you are looking for a quiet holiday you have certainly found the right accommodation, on the premises itself it is very quiet. If you want to look for the hustle and bustle, Thessaloniki is less than an hour away. Furthermore, there are also many restaurants and supermarkets in the nearby villages. Shops for shopping are not really there, then you should really go to Thessaloniki city. Beach is very beautiful, but there are many stones and the stairs are quite long (and tiring)

Amazing place to stay! Definitely want to rent a car if you plan to go into the city or near by restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

My girlfriend and me, we spent 4 days at this amazing place. Lena was always available whenver we needed something. I can recommend this house to everybody who loves cats;)

The whole experience was fantastic, the place is so nice, the garden and the pool are amazing, the room very clean, functional kitchen, and we felt at home. The view overlooking the sea is stunning and the private beach is a jewel. So much peace and quiet, a beautiful getaway. The host is wonderful and we will be back for sure! I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment with a stunning sea view! From the moment I arrived, everything was just as pictured—clean and bright for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean was truly a highlight. The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet still close to local restaurants, shops, and attractions. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and easy.

Great place with an amazing view right at the beach. There is a nice restaurant below and sometimes it can be noisy but we liked the atmosphere. The host at the location does not know English very well but he was very welcoming and we managed to communicate in a friendly manner. I would recommend the place for sure, even for a family of 4, because in the kitchen there is an extra bed.

We had a wonderful stay at Irene’s Beach Apartment! The apartment is super clean and the bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine and communication with the host was very nice. The boulevard with various shops and restaurants is right around the corner and so is the beach. The only comment/improvement I can think of, is maybe adding a sign to the entrance of the building so it’s easier to find. We would definitely recommend this place :) Thank you!

Had an amazing time in Maria's beautiful space. The apart is modern and well decorated. The kitchen is functional and of course the highlight is the view. Also you can leave the house and be immediately on the beach. We spent some hours playing in the sand with the kids. Bus stops are also close so that you can get to Thessaloniki city center very cheaply (although a bit slowly haha). When we were there, it was quite windy so we only briefly used the balcony, but in summer it will be wonderful to enjoy the sunset or have breakfast on the balcony. Maria was helpful and accommodating and even left local products as welcome gifts, very sweet :) can absolutely recommend this apartment.

Absolutely loved our stay! This beautiful flat was the perfect getaway. The location was stunning, with breathtaking views and easy access to local beach and restaurants. The house itself was incredibly clean, modern, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The look of the building is not as prestine as the inside but that didn't matter to us. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We met a wonderful lady neighbour who helps feed those 17 cats living in their parking lot😊( A dream for cat lovers like us). The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. Angelina went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay and provided us a welcome drink. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We extended our stay for another night and was charged a bit more for that additional night. Other than that, we loved our stay.

From Theodoros picking us up at the airport to the end of our two week stay, we had a wonderful experience! The place was very clean, fully stocked, and literally steps from the water. At the end of our first week, Theodoros dropped off clean linens, towels, and fabulous Greek pastries! This was in addition to the bottle of wine and a variety of drinks in the refrigerator upon our arrival. The hosts thought of everything that anyone would need when vacationing. The sliders from the living room and bedroom open onto a balcony with spectacular views of the Aegean. You don’t need a car because there are fantastic restaurants and shops just steps away. I hope we’re able to return, and if we do, we will be booking with Theodoros!
