Vacation rentals with a patio in Peppermint Grove Beach

we stayed 4 nights over January and the place was fantastic. Close to the beach and walking distance to town, it was a great location. the house itself was neat and tidy and enough space for a family of 4. The rooftop area was massive and a great place to relax. couldn't ask for a better place.

This house was in a perfect location and was VERY comfortable. Felt like a home away from home. Very good space - large living areas and well separated bedrooms. Would reccommend and stay here again.

We have just had the most wonderful stay at the Villa. It was beautifully clean. Really comfy and felt like home from the moment we walked inside. Surrounded by the most beautiful countryside. The kids spent many many hours playing with all of the animals and the other children at the farm. We loved watching the Guinea fowl roaming around the place! The coffee in Scoops was also delicious. Stella was such a great host and my kids loved playing with her boys and their trampoline. Before we even left I have booked our next stay there and can’t wait!

The theme of Black and White is striking. Loved the contrast, Cutlery, 🥄 Bedding, Kitchen.. every thing stands out like a great place for a break. Clean and neat Bathroom… lots of natural light too. And Lizzie is a great host 😊.

Had a fabulous stay in Prevelly. The host was super helpful. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The best part was that it was right across the road from the beach and right in the middle of the Cape to Cape.

First of all the apartment is so beautiful. Cleaned to perfection. Our host Carissa done an amazing job at making us feel right at home immediately. Not only was the fridge stocked with fresh eggs, cheese&crackers&milk, there was also cereals and fresh bread. We were in awe of how welcoming everything was, even down to personalised chocolate. We couldn't have asked for better. The serene sounds of the ocean made it that much better to sleep. Carissa was so friendly and attentive. I accidentally locked myself out of the apartment and within 5 mins she was at the apartment helping me out. Absolutely recommend everyone to stay here. Can't wait to visit again in the future❤️

We really enjoyed our stay at MO’s place. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The personal touches were much appreciated. Walkable to the town which is great. Highly recommend!

Could not recommend the place more. Everything was stunning and clean, there were lots of games and the attention to detail is fantastic. Has everything you need in the kitchen, even had little easter eggs left out for us which was super sweet. Easiest and quickest check in and out for any air bnb I've stayed in and an incredible location, right in the middle of everything but still peaceful and calm. Absolutely would love to come back and stay again, truly fantastic!

The house was amazing. Each year my family and I travel for Easter. This home was beautiful and we loved every minute of our stay. Christy definitely has an eye for detail and goes out of her way to present a beautiful home. We didn’t need for anything. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was clean, cozy, and incredibly accommodating — it instantly felt like home. The backyard was a standout: lush, green and peaceful, with a beautiful deck that made for the perfect spot to relax. Our dog absolutely loved it too, especially the evening visits from the local possums! A truly welcoming and comfortable space — we’ll definitely be back.

Leigh’s place had everything we required for a great stay, the neighbourhood was very peaceful & it was only a short walk into town. Down the end of the road was easy access to some great walking/riding trails. Can recommend the Nannup Brewing Company for dinner. Would definitely stay at Leigh’s place again.

Beautiful house, very clean and fully equipped for a family of 5. Well located and peaceful with a lovely view of the golf course. Walking distance to Dunsborough shops and cafes.

Nic was a fantastic host, very helpful. lovely house and surroundings. 5 min walk to beach. house was well equipped with cooking equipment, and kayak. local shop also supplies chips, hotdogs and Burgers. lovely deep powdery sandy beaches. couldn't recommend this stay highly enough. worth every cent.
