Vacation rentals with beach access in Peppermint Grove Beach

Relaxing stay. Views are beautiful. Decor beautiful. Comfy beds. Lots to do in the area even on a wet weekend. Loved watching waves and rain coming through, especially delighted to see so many rainbows from the balcony. Can recommend The Common in the resort for a drink and pub dinner and breakfast at Sea Garden.

We like this house so much. Although we need to go upstairs, but we feel the house warm & cozy. Even the weather is cold but we still feel warm at house, even the bathroom & floor. We really enjoyed the stay. The bathroom & beds are clean. All the kitchen equipment are complete use. The location also near to Prevelly Beach which we went there for sunset at evening. Highly recommended for those who wish to travel to Margaret River.

The studio is in a great location, walking distance to the town centre, but in a peaceful location. The place was very clean and tidy, offering everything you need for a short stay. Ideal for couples with a pet. The coffee machine is a nice addition to the overall experience. We would gladly return to Martina's place.

We felt so at home at this place. Such a fantastic location minutes away from the beach! The apartment was nice and spacious and the bathroom was super clean with a powerful shower. Having the BBQ outside was a lovely added extra. Thanks for such a great stay 😊

Nice quiet and cozy place. Great choice to explore all the Margaret River region has to offer. Plus, Lucy was a great host. Friendly and always responsive.

We had a lovely stay at Mykonos with our dog. Plenty of walks nearby so was perfect for our weekend away from the city to unwind & get plenty of fresh sea air. Beautiful sunset over the ocean right in front each evening & kitted out with everything you could need. We can’t wait to return. Thank you for having us.

Myself and my colleagues came down to Busselton on a business trip and needed a clean comfy nights accommodation. Andreas home was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Andrea left lovely treats for us on the kitchen bench. I will definitely look at returning to Andreas home for future business visits and even look at bringing my family down for a nice getaway. John and Nicky’s place was fantastic! The location was great - only a short 1-minute walk to the beach. The bunk bedroom on the ground floor was perfect to use as a kid's play/sleep room. John and Nicky were so lovely and very responsive and accommodating to our needs with portacots and highchairs etc. Highly recommend! Thank you John and Nicky :)

Jenny's place is very well equipped and you can probably find almost any piece of cooking equipment you might need. There are signs of wear and tear on some equipment and furniture but this does not affect usage. There is a garage but it was used to store receeation equipment and the dryer so it could not be used- if it is raining, this means you will need to make a run for the front door as you won't be sheltered. Otherwise, not much of an issue to just park in front of the house. Kids were delighted with the table tennis table and made use of it nightly. Lots of bin chickens and other birds in the neighbourhood which was a delight to spot. Overall great base to explore the Busselton area.

Beautiful little triplex, great location walking distance to centre of town. Great little getaway. Johno was fantastic to liaise with on a question. Would stay again.

We had a really comfortable stay at the house. The place was clean, well-furnished, and exactly as described in the listing. One of the highlights was definitely the fast and reliable NBN internet – perfect for remote work and streaming in the evenings. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was prompt and helpful. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the beds were quite comfortable. The only reason for dropping one star is that there were a few minor maintenance issues (like a carpet need cleaning in main area, one of the bedroom doesn’t have a heater ), but nothing that affected our overall experience. Would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a cozy, internet-ready place to stay. We’d happily come back!

This is our 3rd stay at Capeview beach resorts but our first in Joshua’s unit. It served our purpose by being close enough to Margaret River. The house is tidy and well maintained with a fully equipped kitchen. A family with kids would find the bikes and kayaks a bonus.

Johan is really quick to reply and check in on us! The accommodation was spacious for 2 families with elderly. It was extremely comfortable as well! The premise was also quiet and a very short drive to the beach. Wish we could stay a little longer, and we’d definitely recommend this place to others!

This was our second stay and we absolutely loved it! Our fur baby loved exploring the property, meeting wild kangaroos and the horses next door. I have multiple chronic illnesses and unfortunately was only able to go out on two occasions for a few hours across our 7 night stay. Most of my time was spent sitting on the couch. I absolutely loved looking out the floor to ceiling windows, soaking in the gorgeous views and watching wildlife. It’s like a little slice of paradise. As we weren’t able to venture out, we got to spend a lot of time at “home”. The pantry had a great selection of “staples” and all the utensils/appliances you could need. There’s an open garage which houses 2 cars and a fantastic wood fire. The hosts are brilliant. The home was spotless on check-in and when I had a question, Sally and Jodie responded within minutes. We are already looking forward returning for a third time! To Sally & Jodie, thank you for making sure we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. We loved it

Grest place, even just for a one-night stay! Place was pristine and very very complete. We loved the thoughtfulness put into it.. the provided bread, jam, milk, cereals, coffee, hot chocolate, earplugs, medicine, etc. :) Very cosy place, we definitely woild stay again.

Sheryl and Lesley were lovely hosts. Their apartment is very clean and comfortable and in a fantastic location. We would definitely recommend.

This property is just gorgeous! Peaceful and in a fantastic location. Distance to the beach was a standout. The villa is large, so no squeezing you and all your things into tiny rooms. Plenty for kids to do with the pools and a great games room. Will definitely re-book here.
