In the flat there is a kitchen with kitchen facilities (cooker and oven, fridge, sink, dishes and kitchen utensils), a bathroom with shower and washer and a bed-/living room (both in one). The bathroom has got central heating, but the kitchen and the bed-/living room need to be heated by tile stove (of course we'll heat it up before your arrival - so it will be nice and cosy when you arrive). The bedroom has got two single beds and one chest of drawers. It is possible to add one extra mattress or a cot. Linen and towels are available. The flat has it's own entrance and can be accessed without crossing our backyard (where you would meet our dog, 6 cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, turtles, chicken and the sheep on the meadow right behind our lot - as you can see, we have quite a little farm here :-) ).

From the separate 1200 sqm property in a village location, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the starry sky, as well as a wide choice of possible excursion destinations in a landscape and bird paradise or the swimming lake to visit. Need a little break away from the hustle and bustle? On approx. 30 m² you will find a modern cottage, directly on the Flößerkanal and with direct access to Lake Woblitz. In the bedroom there is a 1.60 m wide bed. Another option is available on the sofa bed in the living area. Whether for anglers, water sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or peace seekers. An unobstructed view from the approx. 20 m2 terrace invites you to relax. Neustrelitz is about 6 km away. Boat available if needed.

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

Enjoy living in our apartment, in the small town of Penzlin, centrally located between the cities of Waren 28 km, Neubrandenburg 12 km and Neustrelitz 18 km in the district of Mecklenburgische Seenplatte. 1.5 km to the nearest swimming lake. 7 km to Müritz National Park. Also worth seeing is the old Penzlin Castle with its witch museum. A well-developed network of bike paths also invites you to go for bike rides. A friendly family dog is very happy about guests.

Very nice apartment with two rooms, each equipped with a double bed in the house on a large 3-sided courtyard with garden directly on the lake in the Schorfheide-Chorin biosphere reserve, 70 km north of Berlin.
